Great pastries, really good fair trade coffee. Today's barista wasn't quite as accomplished as some others who work there, but was obviously a new hire. Local artwork on the walls, mellow music, and not as crowded as other local coffee places.

I loved the vibe in this place. It felt cozy and I loved the skeleton at the table. I called him my new boyfriend. My daughter ordered the campfire latte, which she loved. We had to take a picture of it because it looked amazing.

30 min for a burrito after they missed it on my first order and I didn’t realize they didn’t charge it until 15 min later. Proceeded to wait another 15 min for it. Other than that coffee and burrito were pretty good. High in price. Spend $42 on two coffees a burrito and 2 danish cheese

Bw ready to wait for 40 minutest foe your cup of coffee. Went early and there was inky 1 petspn working the register and making the coffee. Spend 20 minutes to order 5 more to get my drink. Coffee was good so decided to give it another chance. I went in the afternoon and even bought a bag of coffee. This time there was another person working but still only 1 person doing everything. Coffee is good. Feel sorry for the worker and the other people who have to wait ridiculous amount of time for a cup of coffee. Would give it 5 stars but the wait brings it back to 2. The bad service is not really from the batista but as a result of manager being cheap and having 1 person run a shop by taking orders and making deinks while other 20 people are in line

Tried their coffee and food and it was delicious! Split a croissant sandwich which comes with a side of potato salad and fresh green salad and I was pleasantly surprised with how big the serving sizing was. and it was sooo good. They have dairy alternatives available. Came back 3 times to work, as it’s a great place with a lot of space, good wifi and plugs available.

This is the second time we've been here. Both times very slow service. I ordered 3 coffee drinks, a burrito, cinnamon roll, and a quiche. The burrito came out first. After 20 minutes, I let them know we were still waiting on our quiche and cinnamon roll. I watched the girl go get the quiche from the back and put it in the oven. Clearly she forgot about our order. A few minutes later she came over to tell us she gave out the last cinnamon rolls. Still didn't have the quiche. We decided we wanted a burrito. Rather than, just offer this change due to their error, they said I could BUY a burrito. I said I'd pay the difference. I went to the counter and she started helping the people in line! After taking the order of one person and ignoring me, I asked if she was going to make me wait in line to order. She said, "these people have been waiting a while." I responded, "I've been waiting longer." She started to charge me for the full price of the burrito, I told her no and she said she didn't know what else to do, because she knows she gave us our cinnamon roll. Keep in mind, we had one dish on our table with a burrito on it. She told me I want being nice to get and got someone else to help who didn't know what's going on. I filled her in. She said they told us the quiche would be 7 minutes, but it had been more than 20. No one ever apologized for their error, which would have gone a long way. The last straw? Clearly we were eating in, but they brought our food wrapped up to go. Last time, my quiche came with a salad, this time it was in a box solo, and still cold in the middle. All of this would have been a 5 star review had the customer service been good. All this came at a $50 ($60 with tip).

Firecreek is my favorito stop when I live downtown. 我喜歡洗手間。 這是乾淨和辣椒的愛。My mug is cool. You can buy their stuff it's good stuff. I always feelz so good when I go there. They roast their own beans and they have stuff on tap.

My daughter really enjoys going here and she's attended concerts here too. I was left a little disappointed. I enjoy local shops for the cozy atmosphere and drinking from a mug. They gave both my daughters and myself to-go cups despite us staying. We were treated differently. It was really odd and killed the vibe. I didn't like it.

I stopped by Firecreek to grab some caffeine and a bite before heading down to Sedona for a day of hiking.
I ordered a Dark Sky latte (chocolate and peppermint) and my boyfriend ordered a Campfire latte (Graham cracker, marshmallow, chocolate). Both drinks were not too sweet but rich in flavor. I also ordered a yummy vanilla scone which also wasn’t too sweet and tasted very fresh :)
The barista was kind and welcoming. The shop played awesome music and I left the place having “Shazamed” several songs.
I left Firecreek caffeinated, happy, and with a new music playlist. :)
