Probably best to eat in or check your food before leaving. On three different occasions I ordered TO GO from here because of the convenience of the location. First time they forgot to put bacon on my West Coast Toastie, second time they gave me the wrong soup and I had to go back to get the right one, third time they forgot my toast with my salad. It is way frustrating to not get what you pay for. Feels like a rip off and I don't want to drive back every time they mess up. The staff is very nice, but it is frustrating that they can't seem to focus on making sure everything is correct with a TOGO.

We ordered 2 smoothies mid-morning on a Thursday when the place was not too busy. It took about ten minutes to get our smoothies. We enjoyed the atmosphere and mini fireplace while waiting. The Wild Child smoothie was recommended by the worker and we decided to try it and liked it. We also tried the Arizona Sunrise and it was good but I didn’t love the big chunks of ginger. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to going back! Oh, I also thought that $6 was reasonable for the size smoothie you got.

Great lunch with veg options. Vegan chocolate muffin was 😋

My salad had a couple things missing, had to go back and ask. Portions are kind of small for the price of food. I don't care for the rushed/busy vibe of this place, but that's not their fault. It's just small and limited hours, so it has that feel to it.
Asked for my receipt last visit and the cashier couldn't quite figure out how to print one after the transaction was complete. It was a little disappointing, but yeah the food is okay... Pretty much stuff I make at home anyhow.

Came in for the first time, and unfortunately found the food very lacking. My girlfriend ordered the Plain Jane Waffle (comes with bacon & “maple syrup”) and I ordered the breakfast burrito with shoulder bacon.
The waffle was rather cold almost immediately which makes me question the freshness, and the syrup was obviously not real maple syrup but instead some maple flavored cheap stuff. The burrito was a good size for the price, and the shoulder bacon was definitely tasty, but certain aspects of it left a lot to be desired. For one, the potatoes were slightly underdone, and secondly, they only give you cholula hot sauce to have with it. Eating a burrito without some kind of salsa is always a disappointing experience for me, so perhaps I should’ve inquired about the salsa / hot sauce options prior to ordering.
The staff were friendly, and the location clean and bright. Would like to give them a try again sometime but don’t know if I can justify the $20.

We were just traveling thru Flagstaff & wanted something quick & local. Well we found a gem in Eat n' Run Route 66 Café. My wife loved the Smokey Waldorf Salad & I enjoyed the Tuscan Sandwich. What a great place for quick delicious food at a reasonable price. We are able to quickly be on the road again!

Interesting menu with lots of choices for foodies including vegans. We'll prepared, tasty food with fast friendly service. A perfect spot for breakfast or lunch on Route 66

Ordered the Chicago BLT, probably the best BLT we've ever had. That spice was on point! We love that they're locally owned too. The egg crossiant was kinda plain for our taste. Good coffee though. Helpful and polite staff!

I have had multiple bad experiences at this shop. My first time ever ordering here I ordered online and came to pick up my food at the exact time specified. I had to wait an extra 20+ minutes for my order to be completed despite there being only about 2 other customers. My most recent visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered online and came to pick up my order. Not only was the woman who brought me my order rude but she had the bag, which contained an order of soup, toppled to the side while handing it to me. Then when I returned to my workplace to eat, I realized they had forgotten half of my order (a $5 cookie). Biting into my Mediterranean wrap, I also realized they had failed to put in half the ingredients promised (cucumber and bell pepper) leaving only lettuce, carrots, and some hummus. After seeing this I decided to call the restaurant to see if I could get a refund. The phone number redirected me from both the website and Google page to a bicycle shop instead of Eat n’ Run. Failing to get in touch by phone, I tried contacting them through email to try and get a refund or some sort of resolution. No one responded to me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The food is painfully average and the service is miserably poor. Beware ordering online from here especially. And
be prepared for a long wait time for bland food that’s not worth the ridiculously high prices.
