Bosa Donuts

I love this place. There aren't many places that sell boba here in casa grande and better yet they have a ton of flavors and toppings. I also love the crosoints and donuts. They have a very wide selection of Donuts. Costumer service is nice and friendly. It's like a fairy café here. Love It

They’re stealing and charging customers for caramel syrup drizzle for 50 cents without telling them (or asking if they want the extra Caramel, and disclosing the price) every time they order a sea salt caramel iced coffee (amongst other items they can hide additional charges in I’m sure). So if you order anything from Bosa in Casa Grande, perhaps break down what it’s costing you (their receipts don’t state what you’re being charged for either-It only shows total and doesn’t give an item or price breakdown (they use Square merchant services and could absolutely provide customers with an item/price breakdown on receipts, but don’t -Hmm wonder why?)
I happened to catch them charging me extra at the register, I caught it because one of the employees walked up to the trainee at the register and -made sure- she charged me an extra 50 cents by adding it to my total and saying nothing. Had I been -asked- if I wanted a caramel drizzle in my cup for 50 additional cents, I would’ve made that decision on my own, it should not be upto the merchant, who is adding it to every coffee and deciding for customers and charging them like that’s an ‘A-Okay’ thing to do. It’s STEALING and misleading.
If a large iced coffee is $3.99 on their menu, I should be charged $3.99 (not including taxes) instead they’re charging $4.49 (not including taxes) and saying not a word to anyone-There is no signage that sea salt caramel iced coffees come with caramel in the cup and that it’s an additional 50 cents , and again- It’s not shown on receipts.
I would’ve went on with my day and not left a review, Had the employees and owner cared even in the slightest. Instead their excuse was ‘yeah, we have always done that’ -That doesn’t mean it’s right!
When I confronted them on the extra charge, they looked at me as if it was a ‘normal’ thing to do and when I suggested that a price change should be applied on their menu to reflect what they’re charging their customers regardless if they want it or not, they just stared at me and said nothing. Would not be surprised for what else they may be taking from customers, the little charges here and there really add up and that’s a shady way to operate a business. It is 100% STEALING. Really disappointing.

They charge hidden fees/charges on items and don’t saying anything, nor are they disclosing item costs on receipts.
They process payments under the guise of ‘custom amount’ shown on the receipt.
Several other people have complained about them stealing from customers in this misconceiving way in other Google reviews.
-Might want to ask for a cost breakdown next time you’re there (since one isn’t given on the receipt) and see how they’re stealing from you as well next time you visit.

My family and I frequent Bosa donuts the donuts are always fresh in very tasty really love to get Thai tea with popping pearls also the coconuts Musi popping pearls really good

The doughnuts are amazing, but some of the staff could use some retraining. I see the other employees hustling around getting things done, but the taller I believe Asian lady always standing around while everyone else is working. Just believe that everyone should work equally

This is the 4th the donut holes have no glaze on them. They are absolutely bland. Not again sorry I have asked twice to get it fixed in person. Lots of turn over and help wanted sign out front. Time to find a new place

Why are you still going to Dunkin'!! These are Fresh Doughnuts, Croissants, and Bagels! Hit the drive-thru and but one for your co worker.
