Dutch Bros Coffee

I LOVE going to the Dutch Bros here in Bullhead. I never had it until they opened the one here. Let me tell you they have wonderful customer service and they always remember me when I go there. One of the girls even paid for my drink today😭😭 I literally almost cried. Like it really made my day. Then they wrote the sweetest message on my cup. "You are beautiful! It will get better! You're loved." I was pulling out with my drink almost in tears😭❤ I love love love them. They are amazing👏 Keep it up guys and stay hydrated❤💪 By the way the drink is an Electric Berry Energy Drink😍😍

We waited in line I the drive through for 45 minutes and then they couldn't find our order. There were cars behind us that were getting their drinks delivered. We repeated our order several more times for them to tell us they couldn't figure it out. They didn't offer us a discount, only apologized that they lost some orders. Needless to say we were not happy. When we ask for a refund they found our order right away to give us our money back. I understand that things go wrong but the manner in which the manager handled the situation made me not want to ever go back to this location again.

Just want to add that the girls taking our order were very cheery and polite. That was the only positive part of our trip.

I love Dutch, but I can't wait for everyone to be properly trained. Paid $22 for awful drinks. Not what i ordered or rather doesn't taste the same as any other Dutch bros. The girl taking our order really struggled too. So i hope in time this location will be as good as the rest.

Friendly employees and fun to visit. It seems like a very fun work environment because both trips I made I was greeted with a big smile and a cheery attitude.
Props to the gentleman who gave me the whole “works” on my candy cane freeze, so good 🙂

These kids are the best, I have never had a negative encounter, the owner should be very proud of the team at the Bullhead City location.

I drink the annihilator with oat milk and it is the bomb. The prices are way better then DD or Starbucks, it even that Human Bean.

I love Dutch bros, I always grab the same drink and taste the same no matter what. The people that work here are friendly and quick to get you on your way. Even when both lanes are full the most I ever had to wait was 7 min. I will continue to get my coffee from here!!!!

Coffee was really tasty. Gave 2 stars because my 24 ounce coffee was pretty much all ice. Was gone in 4 gulps. Was very disappointed.
