Hours changed without updating any site.
New hours are 7am-5pm.
We were driving across the state and went out of our way to Wasilla to get there at 6am.
Just to sit in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, Employees saw us and said nothing.
The drive thru had no notice.
We went to check the lobby and there was a sheet of paper on the door, in tiny hard to read text, state their "new" hours.

A rude, native appearing employee, lost my sale due to her lack of product knowledge, impatience, unprofessional attitude, and lack of PR skills. I will consider giving your location a second chance, and using your product for a fundraiser in support of the Alaskan film making industry.

I went there for my birthday dozen and she was fast paced to get me out of the door in no time and the donuts were very fresh

The most basic & fundamental donut platform on which all other better donuts are based.

I always love this place. If you want to save $ buy the egift cards via Groupon..

We have been several times now and the facility was closed early due to sell out or had very low inventory. Doughnuts were delicious the one time they were open. 5 stars for food product and customer service, lower here because they're more often than not closed early and we are disappointed we can't get the sugar fix we are craving. If you luck out on timing, definitely stop in!

We took some of our kiddos here after church for a sweet surprise... they loved the doughnuts and the young lady that served us at the window was very pleasant, accurate with there many different choices, and gave the little people fun hats! Our experience was five stars!

Anthony at Wasilla store is absolutely amazing! Great customer service attitude and the donuts were fantastic!

I drove there from Palmer to pick up doughnuts for work. My son and I got there early, so he can make it to school. The sign said Drive Through only, we pulled up to the window. The sign said open at 7am. It was 6:55, we decided to wait in-front of the window...its a clear window, we could see the lady take the sign down at 7am, and put up the open at 8am sign. No eye contact, no opening the window to say she was sorry. She walked by us several times while we waited for 5 min...said nothing. They don't care, or they don't want to sell doughnuts, either way...waste of time and gas money.
