Extremely turned off by how a customers complaint was handled. No professionalism, manager has a superiority complex that is detrimental to this business. Owner is no better as she publicly threatens lawsuits on customers expressing concern. 0/10 there are too many great coffee shops to waste your time here.

I always enjoy what's made here and even as for the workers to surprise me. They're super kind and awesome, and I'll likely be here somewhat regularly.

Usually very good with great service. Their convenient location is a little bit off the beaten path so it's not as busy as a lot of other shops.

I would neevveerrr recommend a place a where the employees treat paying customers like absolute trash and then when given the opportunity to correct the situation, completely throws it back in the customers face. I honestly don’t even know how to put my disgust into words. To be on the safe side - go anywhere but here.

I have been to this espresso three times since they have opened. The baristas are friendly and make awesome lattes. They are so conveniently located and provide wonderful customer service.

This is biking distance! (For me) I love their Red Bull and lotus smoothies. Would recommend, this is a super convenient spot for a coffee shop.

The staff is next level prices are great and the coffee is always hot and ready in less then 5 mins

Rude and indifferent, voted most likely to put things in your cup other than coffee if you look at them wrong. A Karen Co. managed shop that only hires Karens.
