My family of 8 recently stopped at this coffee shop during our excursion from a Disney Cruise. We were looking for hot chocolates for the four kids and Coffees and Americano's for the four adults. The Americano's were the WORST we've ever had. We traded them in for regular coffee that was just as bad. So bad in fact that we could not even choke it down. Hot chocolates were cold and very expensive for a kids size. Service was not horrible but seemed very indifferent. If you are looking for a good coffee or hot chocolate, DO NOT GO HERE. My five year old daughter makes a better cup of coffee.

Also…No Wifi. 2012 and a coffee shop with no Wifi??? Makes no sense.

Cannot comment on the food as we did not have anything.

Expensive, like everything in a tourist town. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and food and friendly, prompt, service. Only comment I've got is ask them to really blend your drinks or they'll be chunky with ice.

Great coffee. Didn't eat here but everyone said their food was very good. Friendly baristas/cooks.

Service isn't the best. Delicious coffee though.

Closes as 2pm on a busy weekend?!? Bummer.

Nice smoothies with a good selection considering it’s AK. However as the name suggests the speed of service (or actually lack there of...glacial speed!) could be vastly improved!

Local favourite! Staff is always friendly, food made to order, locally owned! A definite must stop in on your Skagway adventures.
