Baristas are always friendly. Never been disappointed with their variety of drink, hot or cold.

Best coffee hut in the valley!

These people are always so nice and smiling! They know my girlfriends order by heart and just ask her if she wants the usual. I am not a regular customer like she is but they treat me extremely well everytime. I can vouch for both of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway locations, they have both given me great service.

I came here three times within two weeks to give them a fair chance, but this is probably the worst coffee in Palmer. The espresso shots are sour and burnt compared to the ones from the PerkUp on the Palmer-Wasilla Hwy and the one in Wasilla. As a former barista I can tell that it's due to a lack of training on the espresso machine. Although very friendly, the coffee was especially bad when made by the petite blonde barista. Please fix this. Colony Cup was much, much better before Perkup took over this location.

The best expresso milkshakes!

Perkup is consistent, and I love that. Whereas Kaladis is extremely hit and Miss on whether your coffee is going to be awful, it’s rare that I get something that is burned or separated at Perkup.

Their rewards system is awesome. They have been fast all but one time I've gone (I think they were training someone that day). And they have lots of locations.

They have an excellent staff, and they cater to their customers needs. I highly recommend this coffee shop!!
