Country Cafe

Country fried steak was awesome. Hash browns were plentiful and crisp. Even after being drenched in 3 over easy egg yolk. Gave me salsa at no charge and kept up on drinks. Wait staff was great. Overall great experience.

Great food, large portions, large prices ! The setting inside is kinda bland with the old plastic fabric table covers and gives the feel of an older dingy type ma & pa diner but the food is great, the service is friendly and the cook is quick. It's over priced in my opinion. $20 bucks for county fried steak and eggs. Good, big portions, but over priced. The setting and cost are my reason for a 3 star rating.

This has been our "go-to" dine in place for our family for 3 years. The food is always incredible. Home cooking from the heart!

The food here is very tasty and fresh. The staff was nice, friendly, and professional. I really like their breakfast offers. I would definitely recommend it.

Today I went to this cafe with low intentions. Mainly for the poor decor and pointless miniature plane. But they gave me no ice in my water so I gave them five stars. I don’t care if the food is literally rotting in a sea of flies, because the waitress can do one simple task. A shame this is a rarity here in Alaska.

Absolutely delicious food. Service is friendly. Price is a bit on the expensive side in my opinion. But it's a great place to go every now and then when my family can splurge a bit.

Had lunch here when we were visiting North Pole on vacation in September, 2019. The Korean Bulgogi sandwich was truly the cat's meow - big and flavorful, chock full of meat, and absolutely delicious. PLUS, though fries are normally not worth commenting on anywhere, here they were divine: not the golden yellowish that are the norm almost universally, but a deep golden brown, crisp on the outside, and splendidly hot and moist inside. By far the best fries I've ever had. We always try to avoid the big chain fast-food places, and this was an absolutely delightful discovery! Keep it up!

Suoer crazy great food homemade and fresh. It was on Diners, drive ins, and dives a fee years back. I had homemade vegetable beef soup. Fantastic. There are planes hung up on the ceiling also.
