Poor interior, but enjoyable to sit next to the window. Coffee was ok but the hot chocolate is very good. Cookies were yummy especially the raisin one. Good place for a rainy day with free wifi available.

We had coffee and their huckleberry ice cream. Both were delicious! they let you sample a few ice cream flavors before selecting the one you want. Each scoop is roughly 4-5 oz of ice cream. So not huge, but enough to enjoy the flavors that they handmake in the shop.

Heard about this place and decided to visit it while on my cruise. Nice little shop. The cookie I had was good and it was fresh right out of the oven. 10/10 recommend visiting if you are on a tour here.

Lovely, friendly staff. Got two wraps both not bad, but just a bit plain. I got the buffalo chicken and asked for it to be HOT and r spice barely registered. Not bad! Just kind of meh

If you order from here and ask for any exclusions (especially due to allergies) make sure you check your food before you start eating. Every time I have gone there, they have not once taken items out that were requested to be left out of the sandwiches/wraps

Polar Treats has the best sandwiches ever. There Viva Italy reminds me of Mikes sub sandwiches in New Jersey. ❤ i want to try their smoothies next😊

Fantastic ice cream!! I am really picky about my ice cream and this place hits all the marks. They have Many great flavor options, especially for chocolate lovers, and the waffle cones are the thickest I have ever had.

Always love their sandwiches. A little pricey but their sandwiches are pretty big and rich so you could split one with a friend, family member or significant other if you want to save some money. They have great wraps and coffees too.

One of the more reasonable places for iced coffee in Ketchikan. The iced coffees and frappes were enjoyed by our group.

I’m not sure where to begin and end. What I do know is how poorly I was treated in this establishment. I have a speech impediment due to head and neck cancer. I understand that it can be difficult to understand me and always own that, but the facial expressions and service really said it all for me when I tried to order and the cashier was very short with me. She gave me the most hateful expression and said, “What?” So many better ways to handle that situation. I actually left this shop in tears. I paid close to $10 for a container of terrible donuts and a coffee. I ordered a 1/2 cup of coffee with an espresso shot. I order 1/2 bc my nerves in my mouth are severed and sensitive to extreme hot/ cold. I was going to add milk to fill the other 1/2. When the cashier returned and it was full, I politely asked if she could pour 1/2 out. She rolled her eyes and then preceded to ridicule me with a person who seemed to be management- all within earshot and as if I didn’t even matter. Furthermore- I ordered what I needed and paid for it, so why does it matter. At first, I was forgiving for the poor service bc they were busy, but by the end, I had had enough. Typically in a shop like this, I might double the tip amount, but I left nothing this time. I am 45 years old and can honestly say I’ve never not left a tip, anywhere... ever. I’ve never been made to feel so terrible. As I said, I left in tears and the whole experience made me sick. There is a famous quote
“People may forget what you say, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” If you have any type of disability or special need, I would caution against visiting this place.
