Eat here several times a week, and it never disappoints. Love the Greek Goddess sandwich (seasonal, so get it while you can) and the Harvest Turkey sandwich. I don't drink coffee, so I LOVE the selection of juices. The tomato basil raviolini soup is my favorite, but they only have it on Mondays. Great salad selection, or totally customize one to your taste.

Bagels and Brew has amazing, friendly staff, which can be rare for Fairbanks. They have bagels and sandwiches similar to Bruegger's, as they used to be one. Their bagels selection is better than any of the grocery stores, and their bagel is nicely crisp on the outside with good chew inside. Their prices are reasonable for Fairbanks, their coffee is hot and fresh. I just wish I remembered them more as they are on the opposite side of town from me.

I've been coming to this bagel shop for almost two years and I've never been disappointed with either the service or food and drink. They offer military discounts as of the writing of this. Friendly staff that will strike up a conversation with and remember your order in time.

First time in this place and I’m new to Alaska. Came in at about 4pm on a Saturday and they had nothing but Espresso left for coffee, literally nothing but Espresso for a place that has a sign that says Bagel and Brew, assuming that stands for coffee and not beer. They also didn’t have but maybe 20 bengals left in the baskets from what they say is how busy they were on this day. I asked for a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. It was barely toasted and I didn’t even taste the cream cheese. Oh and at the tome I walked in there was one car at the drive through and I was the only one in the store and waited about 2-3 minutes with all three employees standing in front of me with no greeting or what can I get you. They do know how to hire cute blondes in yoga pants though, that’s why I gave it 1 star. Not coming back, plenty of coffee elsewhere in Fairbanks.

By far my favorite coffee spot in town. The staff is happy and greets you with a smile. They remember who you are and what your favorite order is. Food is fresh, eggs cooked on the spot and everything is yummy! Highly recommended.

Just picked up some food there for us and was completely disappointed. When we had called in, girl named “Audrey” took our order with attitude to begin with. Then after picking it up I brought it home, only to find things missing and incorrect. Usually this isn’t a big deal for me. But when I had called back to make sure I wasn’t charged for more then what I bought, the same one picked up the phone. She kept telling us that she couldn’t find our order unless we tipped. Which I did. Then she loudly called the manager over and rudely said “I can’t understand these people.”
If employees like that are what you have representing your company, then I have no choice but to discontinue doing any business with them in the future.
Thank you Audrey for your “superb” customer service.

My wife and I chose this place almost a year ago to have breakfast together before our wedding. This place is amazing. The atmosphere, the employees and the food/drinks are all phenomenal. This is now our regular joint

Bottom line up front: long wait for no reason, good cappuccino though to much room left in the cup, and a great bagel sandwich.
Went in on a Tuesday morning around 930 - 10am. 3 cars in the drive thru (drive thru customers order and pay and get food at the same window) and 1 person in front of me inside. Waited at least 5 minutes before either of the 3 people inside even said hello to greet me. This time 1 person went to the back, 1 was working on the order in front of me and 1 working the drive thru. After about 10 minutes the person in front of me has his order and leaves. I order a western bagel and a cappuccino. This took almost 10 more minutes for them to prepare and make. I got my coffee first which had about 2 - 3 oz of room left in the cup (I didn't ask for room). A few minutes later I got my bagel.
The taste of the coffee was good and it was warm like a cappuccino should be, not the standard heat it to scalding like a lot of places do.
The bagel sandwich was a excellent.ots of peppers (green and red), red onion, nicely cooked bacon, 1 egg, and a good amount of cheese (pepper jack iirc).
The quality of the sandwich was good enough that I'll give the place a second shot, but if it takes that long again (almost 20 minutes from the time I entered till I had my order with only 1 person in front of me), I'll have to pass on going after that

Probably one of the better casual fast breakfast/brunch/lunch places in Fairbanks. There aren't many fast sit-down options at 6 AM in Fairbanks. I'm a big fan of the breakfast bagels and coffee. The food is decent and consistent, the staff are pleasant. Service can be a little slow when it's busy, but that'd be my only complaint.

Awesome breakfast bagel! Had a wonderful time in Fairbanks. Staff were all extremely pleasant and the coffee was top notch
