Wonderful coffee shop. There is plenty of seating in a nice, cozy environment. The staff is very friendly, and the pastries and drinks are very good. My friend and I got a cinnamon roll and a raspberry scone with our coffee drinks, and they were both very delicious. They also have savory food items. Lovely little coffee shop.

We stopped by Jitters after a short hike. Found the place, which is located next to a large gift shop, on Google. It was pretty busy, but there's tons of seating. The place was bright and open and warm, staff friendly and coffee and pound cake delicious.

Awesome place, came in for the first time yesterday to meet a friend. Drove from mid town Anchorage today for the customer service, coffee, and quiche!
Maddie's personality, friendly customer centric focus is beyond reproach. She made me feel like I had been coming there for years.
The atmosphere is amazing, tables and chairs along with the large arm chairs by the fireplace and benches make it a fun place to connect with friends, family, or business clients. The entire staff is friendly, who needs Starbucks when you have a business like this to go to! I will be a customer forever! Thanks Jitters!

You grab your breakfast and they have a microwave you can use to heat it up. My husband wasn’t too thrilled that you have to cook your own food, lol. But it’s that type of place.
Atmosphere is great! Cozy, vintage feel, and friendly people. Very cute.

Amazing caffeine fix! This was our last Alaskan mud drink before flying home from our vacation. On our layover in Seattle we had to settle for Starbucks, corporate coffee has a lot to learn from Alaska.

Absolutely best coffee shop in Alaska. Make time to stop in and enjoy! Also have a wonderful gift shop connected to it as well and rooms you can rent for business meetings and such.
You can sit back by a fire and sip a cup of coffee!

Aside from how warm it is inside, I love Jitters and their friendly baristas! My dog loves the pup cup!

Seems like great reviews but for me- not so much. The environment is cozy and the staff are quick at getting orders in. We stopped in while waiting on an oil change. It was busy just after 11am. I was so bummed there's no hot food. Cold burritos we're actually gross. They were still cold and falling apart after 2mins in the microwave. I felt bad we wasted money on 3 of them just to put them in the trash. My coffee was okay but everyone else seemed happy with their mocha and hot chocolates. We also got a blueberry scone that was good but nothing to rave about. 🤷♀️

Oh man this place was nice and relaxing. The food and drinks were top notch. I ordered my usual Chai with oat milk and I had a raspberry cinnamon roll. Man, both were so good. I was able to find a table and I was glad they had the clean / dirty signs for the tables so customers knew if the table was clean or not. Just a fun place.

Always a joy. Friendly staff, clean, and helpful. Bacon Breakfast Burritos 🌯, delicious. Raspberry muffin and Strawberry/banana smoothie. Yum! Great way to start your day or get some work in. Plenty of room. Thanks.🙂
