I really think this has the best coffee in town. Nice, bright atmosphere and lots of places to sit and chat or plug in and get some work done. Also amazing baked goods. This is one of the highlights of the Midtown Mall.

If you looking for ok coffee you might like it. If you are looking for specialty coffee you might be disappointed. If you order a coff it should be full not 14 oz in a 16 oz glass!

Great coffee and great staff. They were very helpful for out of towners and gave good advice. Very friendly. Very much enjoyed our experience and will be back. Reasonably priced selections as well. Would have liked to have taken some merch with us but no tshirts or hats. Still a very good place for a very good coffee.

Love their coffee- couldn’t wait to go there! Great place, friendly atmosphere, and service was amazing! But at 7:34 on Monday morning they are CLOSED? I was there last Saturday and they only had one person working who did a great job. It is just weird to me that a quality coffee shop would not be open Monday through Friday in the morning during “morning coffee hours?” Thanks for your hard work in tough times, just please open up earlier so the community can enjoy all you provide!

The staff here is great! Steam combines good service, good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere to slow down and catch your breath for a minute or two.

Midtown Mall location. Excellent fast, friendly service. Convenient location within the mall. Good place to take a break while shopping or meet up with friends or business contacts. Slow coffee bar is excellent. One can purchase bags of locally roasted whole coffee beans or ground. There's a large variety of teas and other beverages. Baked goods and other eats are very tasty, too.

I went there today 08/09 and experienced a bad service. The barista who’s making my coffee filled my cup that my coffee is overflowing. I asked for assistance but no one help me. I just left my coffee there because it was so messy to drink and sticky.
