Was one of the few consistently good coffee huts for a long while. Last three times, there was someone new. The first time was bad so I asked for a remake, but nothing changed. Tried a couple more times and no luck.
For reference, I always order an iced or hot oat milk latte. The barista tried to convince me to use flavoring.. though I do not see how that would help.

I usually stop by fresh cup on my way out of anchorage on my late nights cause I live in Palmer and tonight was an above and beyond experience! The barista who served me was an absolute doll and so kind and my coffee was 10/10. ❤️

The baristas here are absolutely amazing. I go out of my way just to come here knowing it will be a great way to start my day. I’ve never gotten a bad drink and the prices are amazing. Also helps that they have awesome hours that accommodate people working weird hours.

This is my absolute favorite coffee stand! They are ALL so friendly and make the best drinks. I go out of my way to go there solely because of the amazing customer service. They all remember my usual drink, remember where I work, my name, it speaks volumes! Fresh cup makes the best coffee, matcha green tea, and london fog in town. They are hands down the most friendly customer service I have had at any coffee shop in Alaska. They will ask if your drink was made to your liking and if not they will make it again until they get it right, but honestly they have never had to remake any drink for me, even their newest employee made my london fog perfectly. This is hands down the best drive through coffee in town, I won't go anywhere else.

Very bad experience. ask for drinks they put the cups on the counter. Didn't touch them for 20 minutes there was 3 of them working when we started to complain they said we are training. Should train customers come first. After 10 more minutes we left. they never started our drinks. Updated to two stars talk to the owner hopefully he takes care of it
