I stopped in here to get a caramel frappe before a short flight. The frappe was a decently priced drink and tasted just okay. It was watery, and the whip wasn't exceptional either. The service was quite good, and the barista was helpful. That's about it.

I was starving and didn’t want to spend an insane about of money at upper one for mediocre food.

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and had the sweet lady toast it along with a cream cheese everything bagel.

It was delicious and quite filling and inexpensive! I love the drip coffee as well! It’s a hell of a lot stronger than Starbucks! If you need a pick me up fast their drip coffee is Amazing!!!

I will be ordering again when I travel through!

I suggest coconut water options or smoothies if possible?

Keep up the Amazing work!

Amazing! Far and above what you expect for an airport. I've been to both, the one before security and the one after, and at each, received super friendly service. Great way to start the day! They explained the local sourcing of their products from Alaska icons like Indian Sausage and New Sagaya. The breakfast burritos are incredibly tasty (and large!), and they really have a great variety of options on the breakfast menu, including Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Skip the MickyDs or Starbucks for this local business that really has it going on. Highly recommend!

When in Ted Stevens Airport, skip Mickey D's and Cinnabon and head over to Denali Pretzel for coffee, donut or breakfast sandwich. Conor offered to clean our Yeti cup for some Kaladi brew. He toasted us a egg and sausage muffin and a ham and cheese pretzel. Nice 5am snack replacing the Delta Cheezits for our breakfast on the long flight to Seattle. Thanks Conor! Merry Christmas. Stay Safe.

I stopped for a coffee (20oz. Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Vanilla Latte') Friday morning (04/22), just inside TSA, before my 7:00am flight.

The barista had spilled it all over the outside of the cup, so I had to wipe it all off, before I could get on my way. When I took my first drink, halfway down C Concourse, I realized that my coffee was not hot and had a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Worse than all that, though, was the fact that the barista taking orders was bad-mouthing other airport vendors, to the customers. The trio immediately in front of me (all from out of state) was looking for a sit-down breakfast. The barista told them, "If Norton Sound is open, they're pretty good. Don't ever go to Silver Gulch; they're terrible!", coupled with a disgusted look on her face and shaking her head, "no."

I travel very regularly, between work and pleasure, but I will not be returning to Denali Pretzels & Coffee.

We were grateful to find a quaint coffee shop at Anchorage Airport. I ordered venti cafe frappe and as soon as my drink was ready I noticed right away it weighed way less than a 24oz beverage should weigh. After a 5 minute walk to my terminal the beverage had decreased to 3/4ths sugary foam and whipped cream. I went back to ask the barista if she could exchange my beverage for a 24 oz coffee since my drink was ridiculously all foam and she made an excuse that all of their blended drinks are mostly foam because they use so much ice to make them that the Ice melts. If that were the case, the ice would melt and the beverage would be watery not foamy. The barista also said that they never refund anything under any exceptions 😑 Word of advice: make sure whatever you order here is definitely what you want since this shop makes zero exceptions for customers and unless you’re craving a 3/4ths foam consistency beverage for $7 plus…do not order any of their blended drinks.

Wonderful friendly people served us after a stressful experience in the security gate. They were patient, kind, and quick. The coffee was far better than one would expect, too, and I'm snobby!

Grabbed a quick coffee and a breakfast burrito before our flight. Service was great, even though we came in right behind a big group, the two girls working this morning got our stuff out quickly, had a great attitude and big smiles. The coffee and ham and cheese burrito were both really good. I would drive back to the airport again just for the burrito! In fact, we’ll be back twice in the next few weeks and I plan to do just that.

I fly every month, for work, out of Ted Stephens Airport and always stop at the Denali Pretzel kiosk immediately after the security checkpoint. Their latte’s are far better than S’Bucks.
