We like to stop on the way to school every so often, it’s been going downhill for us the last few times. Today my granddaughter said it was nasty, I tasted her Blueberry lotus it was watery. We just dumped it, I didn’t get a drink at all because they couldn’t make the special sugar free. Usually they eoould improvise. Sad we have been going there since they opened.

Blonde women doesn’t take expresso orders 30 min before close. Might as well close early what goods a coffee shop without coffee lol

Over the course of several visits and a couple of contacts (through messaging; although tried in-person or phone) with whom ever the contact is to make comment following their price increase and lack of an accurate “pricing”. It took over two months before the boards were removed. Now I have paid several different prices for the same drink as well as getting the larger drink for the same price I paid for a smaller one.

Change my five star to a one-star found out they are splitting all the items up and making you pay for extra shots to make this drink more expensive drink was 475 they charged me for two shots that I didn't ask for 575 so I gave her a dollar tip then 2 days later I get this saying they charged me $1 for two extra shots and I didn't ask for. Would like that money back today's world every cent counts

I have been a regular customer of this coffee shop for two years. Today I pulled up for coffee and both baristas were not wearing masks or gloves, and the blond was quite rude (slammed the window with some force) when I explained that I would not be ordering coffe from them, even if she did don the mask she said she had.

Overall it was an extremely upsetting experience. Don't get coffee from them, they are NOT following foodservice regulations and come in contact with unmasked customers regularly.

I would give a 5 star but the blonde that works there in the morning has been very rude and making my order wrong. I've been coming here about every day for a month and she is always so snarly. But other that her its great when the other 2 ladies work best place to come. But the last 2 days mainly I should've just drove off but ended up paying for bad coffee and redbull soda that didn't have the red bull and coffee that tasted like soap. Atleast the kid coco was fine. Last chance blondie. Learn to check the attitude at the door and get the orders right.

Just went to this one. I ordered a latte and bagel. Barista was wearing gloves, but not a mask. When asked if you was required to in preparing in preparing food she said “ no not really only if customer asks and I have been busy and just have not put it on yet.”...I ended up not taking the bagel, not because I am “mask crazy”, but rather it was the way she didn’t really care. I just felt it was not worth the risk. 😔

I absolutely adore the staff. They're helpful on the days I'm not entirely sure I know what I want and they greet me with a pleasant smile. I love the flavor of their coffee, which makes a big difference when I just want a hot cup of black joe. It helps that they're quite close to my house and that they understand my need to zoom in and out during finals week!
