Arctic Grounds Coffee Co

I went to this location today. The native worker cussed at me because she messed up my order. Then when I finished my drink there was a ice cube that took up half the cup I’m sure she did it on purpose. The owner is so sweet but she needs new workers. I’ll never come here again and I used to come everyday before because it’s right next to my office building.

Located right off of bragaw street, this cute little shop has spectacular service accompanied with fantastic food and drink. The shop is my all-time favorite and their red bowl smoothies are very affordable and delicious!

Okay I see im not the only one who always has a bad experience at this shop 🙄 I stop by here to get a frappe and I see from a few reviews she hates making blended drinks and she told me the blender is down (suuure it is) like if you hate your job find a career somewhere else. not stopping here again

Got an iced americano. 3$. Was exactly what I wanted. With the bad reviews I expected something to be wrong but nothing was and the girls were quick and kind. I was there mid day with no line.

I asked for light ice and she filled my drink with mostly ice.

No body is asking for a frozen muffin for breakfast. And yet, she hands one out every time. Warm. It. Up. Please.

I go here every morning for my morning cup. The staff is EXCELLENT is making coffee to your specific specifications! I won't go anywhere else!

Ordered a 16 oz Mocha breve, except it’s not breve, and is only half full of coffee, and another quarter whipped cream. Rip off.

You pay, you get coffee.. works out pretty well. Pretty good selection, service hasn't failed yet.
