Santos Coffee - Acton Rd.

I'm not really a coffee guy, but I really enjoy the trip to Santos. The new Acton location has a very cool atmosphere. All the staff is really nice and the food is amazing !

Service is very slow. Sat in drive through line for 20 minutes without ordering. There were only 2 cars in the line ahead of me. Took 10 more minutes to make two drinks that came out wrong. Maybe it was just this one experience. Will edit if I go back.

My bagel was MOLDY and not heated up. I understand they just opened but wow I’m disappointed. Guy in the drive thru had no idea what was on the menu and asked me if they had it or not. He also told me the muffins just came out of the box so they’re not warmCoffee tasted like milk. He messed up my order twice. Service was very slow. I’d love to give them a second chance but I can’t get passed the moldy bagel.

This space is so inviting, clean, and welcoming. Their coffee is so good and the people are so kind!!!! I love the lattes too! :)

I’m so happy Santos opened near our home. It’s so welcoming & cozy. Coffee is delicious and the employees are fabulous!!

hazelnut latte is the best thing ever!! I love the one in Vestavia Hills, very quick & the staff is great.

This location definitely has some work to do. They are not well stocked and the employees really don’t seem to understand what’s going on. Hopefully they turn it around soon and are similar to the other locations before too long.
