Bobamania always has the sweet workers and best customer service! It’s never taken over a minute for me to get my drink after ordering. I love this place so much!!

i’ve been getting boba for a really long time. since 2018, but it’s been mostly out west in places such as las vegas and seattle, where you can get a different variety of drinks. when i came home for christmas last year, my best friend and i decided to try this place out because i needed a good boba fix, and this place was new to me so i needed to test it out and see if i liked it or not. i had gotten a tiger boba milk tea with oatmilk and pudding for the topping. my drink just tasted like chocolate milk. what was even more unfortunate was that the milk tea didn’t have the brown sugar syrup that’s supposed to go around the inside of the cup. the girl that made the drinks and checked us out was sweet as can be, but i definitely think the store should try to work on making milk tea taste more like, well, milk tea! it was just extremely disappointing to get something you were craving and it not be good.

My son has been BEGGING for boba...and he was not disappointed.... he was putting in his next order before we made it home.

Best boba I have ever had. Definitely prefer the popping boba to regular.

Kind of mid imo. Very aesthetically pleasing place, but the drinks don’t live up to the hype/price.

Absolutely my favorite boba place anywhere around! They are so friendly and give recommendations when you aren't sure what to try next! They helped me find my new favorite and their drinks are always delicious and on point!

Everything is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The tea tasted great and it didn't cost too much either! I’ll definitely be going back!

UPDATE: Review changed to 5 stars due to owner response. Overall a great boba shop that truly cares about making great quality drinks. Definitely a place everyone needs to try!

I love BobaMania and stop there every time I’m in town, but something went very wrong with my drink on 6/4/22. I ordered the pineapple oolong tea and it was absolutely awful. It tasted like pure dish soap. It also continuously foamed like soap. A significant portion of the drink was foam for the entire hour I had it. I’ve tried oolong tea drinks from Bobamania before and they have never been this terribly bitter. Something was clearly wrong. I tried to drink it but had to stop because of how bad it was. 2 other friends tried it and also described it as having a soapy taste. They actually even commented that mine smelled like soap. One of my friends also got an oolong drink and it tasted nothing like mine. His was very sweet and delicious. I don’t know what went wrong, whether some ingredients were off or if some soap suds accidentally got into my drink but it was the worst boba drink I had ever tasted. There was no pineapple flavor AT ALL, just pure bitterness. Also my drink was missing the lime slices like the description said, so that was odd too.

SUPER sweet employees and great drinks. they’re a bit pricey but worth it bc the huge cups they give. The lady with the braid and blonde hair was great !!

The service here is always fast and friendly, and I love that you can adjust things like sweetness levels on all the drinks. The Thai milk tea is AMAZING, I love treating myself to boba here!
