COVID- tall ceilings and airy. I did see some people inside studying.

VIBE- I could be wrong because I am not from the area but it looks like a high school study/ hangout spot.

COFFE- just a standard hometown sweet drink kind of place. My partner and I both got a frappe type drink and it was very sweet but it wasn’t bad.

CHOCOLATE COVERED COFFEE BEANS- I prefer the trader joe ones to this. The choco coffee beans here had way too much chocolate covering so the chewing of the bean itself wasn’t that satisfying. It made it too sweet.

Lovely spot. I've made this my regular cafe. I enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks! Plenty of wall plugs available as well.
There are also plenty of seats available, and I've never had too much trouble finding a spot, no matter how busy it is! This is a big plus when you just want to relax in the shop and enjoy it.

Good selection of coffees quick and professionally preparer. WiFi, printer, comfy chairs, and wide spread of delightfully fluffy muffins and warm scones. Prices surprisingly low.

Nice little place. I stopped in for an iced coffee while on a trip. Starbucks and Dunkin were nearby, but why not shop local?

Every visit I get the salted caramel frappe and not once have I been disappointed!!!

I’m usually a Starbucks person but I’ll probably never visit the Starbucks in Troy as long as Village coffee is here. You just can’t beat the southern hospitality you get here. The coffee is way better, too. And the ambiance it way more pleasant.

So, my wife and I live in Troy, and we like to look up reviews on our local establishments just for laughs. I've been going to Village coffee for 10 years, almost daily at one point. I will admit that they have slipped a little bit compared to what they used to be, but please keep in mind while reading these reviews, Starbucks junkies have no idea what actual coffee taste like. My wife and I were just rolling laughing for like 20 minutes reading some of the stupidest reviews I've ever heard in my life, dude 😂 if you come to Village expecting Starbucks quality, you're going to be very disappointed when your drink actually taste like coffee.

I heard years ago that fresh roasted coffee beans have the most health benefit, well Village Coffee is the BEST! I decided to go buy fresh roasted beans after they started roasting their own downtown, and I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything else. I got the House blend and the sweet barista offered to grind it for me, but I just purchased the whole beans. I COULD NOT BELIEVE the difference when I made this first pot. It truly was the best coffee I’ve ever had.

They have a really nice selection of drinks there and I highly suggest the village charger. However, the lady who checked us out wasn't very friendly and acted like we were a nuisance to her. My boyfriend and I got their Jimmy Dean (and yes I said Jimmy dean) breakfast sandwiches to go and they were warmed for maybe 30 seconds because they were still pretty cold in the middle. Very disappointed, especially seeing all the good reviews.
