Hands down the best latte I’ve ever had. We stopped in on a long road trip across country, not expecting much. Boy was I surprised. Such friendly workers and the coffee was amazing! Even the whipped cream on top was exceptional. I wish we had one close to home in CA!

So good, coffee was hot and not real sweet. Bathrooms were very clean.

The person who took my order in the drive thru was very rude and I haven’t been back since.

Their coffee is pretty good, especially for a big chain

I am from Mobile and I have been going out of my way to explore coffee shops across the bay to find a new atmosphere and a short getaway.
After a couple visits I noticed that it just depends on who takes your order but some workers are friendly and some are not. I kept coming back because I enjoyed the spacious and neat environment which I was able to study for an hour or two comfortably.
During one of my visits over 1 week ago an incident occurred that sparked me to write a review. I am not sure who it was but I assume he was some sort of manager there. He walked up to me and basically accused me of sitting in their shop without purchasing anything to contribute to the store while bringing in outside beverages and asked me to buy from the store. He came into the shop after I purchased and finished my drink which I threw away once I was finished with.
I especially appreciated this place for it's friendly study environment but after this incident I just do not feel welcome. 20 minutes commute just does not seem worth it to me.

A thousand times better than starbucks. The employees are always super friendly and the coffee is absolutely delicious. They regularly have different seasonal offerings, many of which are not only creative but extremely delicious. Their bagged coffee is fantastic as well. If you haven't had a chance to try PJs, give the Spanish Fort location a try. It's very humble and I think you'll enjoy it a lot.

The coffee, staff, prices, and location are all 5 stars! I go here once or twice a week. The staff is always so sweet and pleasant, especially towards my dogs! They always hook them up with a puppacino. My new go-to coffee shop!

I've never had PJ's before, but I'm glad I gave it a try! Compared to Starbucks, the coffee is milder and not so bitter, but still with a full bodied flavor. We tried several mixed drinks and all of them were great. My wife's golden latte was a pleasant surprise. I was sure it would be weird, but it had a warm spiciness that I really enjoyed. I'm glad to have an alternative to Starbucks for a change, and the prices at PJ's are more reasonable. I'll be going back again!

Coffee wasn't bad but not near the best I've had

I love this place. Great customer service. They go above and beyond. Also, if you haven't already, sign up online for the points. If I am not mistaken, I believe when you reach 100 points you get a free drink.
