Thanks to the owner for reaching out to me and offering to make my experience right!! I gave bean bro another shot!! The coffee was great, I don’t live in Ozark just here visiting . I will visit again soon and will definitely do business with you!! Thanks again for your quick response , the customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations!! We were just traveling through town and were disappointed that there wasn’t a Starbucks. I found Bean Bro by searching for coffee nearby and saw the good ratings and decided to give it a try. We ordered four different drinks and each one was delicious! No longer disappointed! The staff and service were top notch! Too bad we’re from out of town and don’t come through Ozark but once in a blue moon! Bean Bro is a real asset to this small town!

Stop here often before or after taking my son to Sumlar Therapy. Always very nice! I'm still finding my drink, but enjoy trying them until I do. My son likes getting a chocolate milk, and my daughter loves the doughnuts!

Everything's great. Just a little expensive at well worth it.

The best coffee. Super friendly staff. The Cronut is Amazing. All the coffee ive tried so far is excellent. They also have Italian sodas if coffee is not your thing. The frozen sweet tea is my hubby's fave.

Sam & Haley are awesome, our weekend baristas! They go over the fun drink options with our son Maverick, they take his order, and are excited to see him! They were very welcoming when we moved here and make great coffees too.

Recommend The Bean Bro over all other coffee houses in the area

Also, ownership: get new software to allow customers to leave tips from our cards, not just cash

I purchased a Sweet Cream Coffee with espresso and a dozen assorted.

The coffee was perfect temperature and was fresh and smooth!

The doughnuts were fantastic!!!!

I had reservations about their Bacon Doughnut but I'll be back for another one, and the rest of the assorted.
