This is such a sweet and peaceful little cafe to have a cup of tea and some yummy desserts at. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to questions with menu items and suggestions. I came here on my lunch break from work and it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend stopping by and giving Sweet Rice a try.

Went in to try their boba tea and I liked. Nice hardworking girls that are on their A-Game. I would like to thank my wife for getting me to try.

Terrible service. Went in for two bubble teas, waited for 30 minutes and asked for my money back. 4 orders were taken and made after mine and they ran out of boba because of that. Also-- they weren't even bubble teas, they were blended smoothies with boba at the bottom. Will not be back.

The food here is good, but not the management. My team ordered food 3 days in advanced because we were told we had to order early to receive this special food. The staff took our order and we confirmed. But the day we were supposed to pick up, they suddenly "could not find record" of our order and we were left with nothing. We had to order something else last minute and did not get what we asked for.

They did not call to tell us they were out of stock. They did not offer to help with the cost of a different item. Nothing. Not going back there again.

I noticed Sweet Rice one day when I drove by while it was closed so I decided to try it out today since I had time. I was super excited. I went in, selected my items and got in line to order a drink when the cashier got to me in line she turned around and started making another orders drinks. While she was making the drinks a group of 3 got behind me in line. When she came back to the register she started taking their order. Completely ignoring me. The icing on the cake is that on of the ladies in the group behind me told her that I was there first and she continued to ring them up. This was such a disappointment because I was super excited to try this place out.

Great Korean treats, I was stationed in Korea for 5 years, so this is a little piece of Korea here in Montgomery. The new Patbingsu is Korean ice cream with bean paste which is sweet. Try it, it's amazing on a hot summer day in the South!!!

Got the coconut bubble milk tea and it was good. Nice inviting atmosphere.

We were 3 minutes past the closing time however the manager ( who by they way was not wearing a face covering along with the person working in the shop, despite state wide mandate) refused to entertain me and my daughters who had travelled 30 minutes to come to this place. Definitely will not recommend it to anyone due to the experience.
