Best coffee in town! I love their lavender latte

I’ll start with the positives. I’ve been coming to this Shop since it started. I love the neighbourhood location, the outdoor sitting. I enjoy the iced chai. It’s one of the few places I’ll order a chai. I absolutely love the tacos. The best tacos in Mobile, hands down and the guys serving & making them are fantastic. The big thing I don’t enjoy is the most unwelcoming feeling from the staff behind the counter on the inside. They don’t say hello, mostly speak to their friends or folks they know while I wait. It feels snobby. I feel uncomfortable going inside because of that vibe. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s the only place I’ve experienced that in downtown. I've been in the customer service & food industry for most of my life and that’s not the way customers should feel. If it wasn’t for the tacos I wouldn’t return.

It seems that the clic created is way more important than the over all customer base. I read all the reviews that felt like me and the flip nonchalant response is proof you don’t need customers. But let me tell you once your peeps get bored you will be hard pressed to get customers. Everyone one should be special. Each cup of Joe should be the best ever made. So sorry but you are skating on perception instead of quality.

Great coffee and great place! The Cortado and Drip coffee were both excellent. The vibe inside and awesome patio out made for a great place to relax, work or socialize with a great cup of coffee!

Coming from just outside the coffee epicentre of Vancouver, Canada, we always google Third Wave Coffee on our travels and see what we can find. Bottom line: this place is LEGIT. I ordered a mid-afternoon cortado that was near perfect. I had to get some beans ground for my Aeropress for the remainder of my vacation but needed more than one 12oz bag, so my man Tim kindly hooked me up with two bags of the Finca Huixoc—grinding about a pound for me for now, and then giving me the remainder as whole beans in another bag to drop into my Rocket Mozzafiato type V once I get home next week.

Great vibe, not too cool, friendly, serious on their game, and delicious coffee. Thanks, guys. Well done. See you next time.

What a great place to visit. Sit outside and just enjoy a great taco from the food truck on site or a hot cup of coffee from inside. Animal friendly! Employees super nice and helpful in deciding what to eat. The taco were amazing. The homemade sauces for tatortots yummy.

The best coffee around. Anytime I’m near the area, this is a must stop.

Love the vibe here. The staff is always friendly and jamming to some good tunes. Espresso is top notch!

Average cup of coffee, but grossed out by some issues with cleanliness and the general vibe of the shop. The owner seems to harass and mock customers who don't leave a five star review, which is a huge red flag for any business. Focus on the product and the cleanliness and safety of the customers, not the ego.
