I called for a last minute order for hot chocolate for roughly 15 kids. Now because this was last minute had I just been told, "No we wouldn't be able to do this" I would not have had a problem because it was last minute. They lady I spoke to told me they could do it for me quoted me a price and told me to text them my email address and other information to send me an invoice. I did as requested and waited all day for the invoice that I never received. I called and texted them several times after with no further communication. A simple response informing me they couldn't have done it would have be acceptable but the lack of communication and just our right ignoring me was extremely unprofessional. Instead of supporting I small local business I had go to a chain.

I’m very impressed by this store for a couple reasons. First off the menu has several options for food, coffee, and other drinks, but I didn’t feel over whelmed unlike other coffee shops I’ve been to. Secondly, the service was great they got me in and out, the employees were friendly and helpful. Finally, I wanted to touch on what I purchased I had a Lotus Energy with a Elderberry boost. It tasted phenomenal, it was not too sweet or over powering unlike other elderberry flavored drinks I’ve had in the past. I also bought the breakfast bites which I was surprised by, they tasted great and fresh. I didn’t get to try the coffee this go around but I definitely will be stopping by again so I will next time. If your in the Millbrook area definitely stop by if you in the mood for Coffee etc.

Dealing with flu so I asked my daughter for a Mocha Frappe from McD's. Needed somethimg to sooth my throat and fever. She told me she was going to a new place she found and said the drinks were great and the people too.

The owner told her the story of the Sam Special and I do like theirs better than McD's. For one thing, the ice isn't so chucky. My daughter mentioned that I wasn't feeling well and the owner gave her a couple samples of elderberry syup to mix with hot water to help sooth my throat.

This kindness has me feeling better already.

Such a cute coffee shop! It’s right off the freeway which makes it perfect for those who are traveling. Being from
Washington it’s hard to find good coffee shops. This place is a must.

Absolutely amazing! I’m simple, so my favorite is the southern pecan, black, but the I’ve been told that the Hot Susan is great too. The owners are fantastic people as well; very friendly and gracious.

Best coffee. Best owners. Best atmosphere. I love this place! I tell everyone I know about it, and I bring everyone I can to Sweet Hart. If you like coffee at all, go here!

Mr. Hart was so helpful and friendly! Our drinks were fantastic! I got a steamer with toasted marshmallow and it was perfect. Such a happy vibe- 10 out of 10 would recommend:)

I have to judge a coffee shop based solely on their base coffee and I have to say it was pretty good. The coffee was strong enough to satisfy me and I like my coffee strong. Much better than Ellianos and Starbucks. Owners are friendly too so that is a definite plus!

Great coffee and very friendly employees--every one of them. Just the kind of small business you hope to find in every community.
