Ellianos Coffee Millbrook

I like Ellianos because they make the Sicilian. Granted, they miss the mark every now and then. The continuous hang up is that they give me a small when I have ordered a large. Like the nice customers we are, we do not say anything. I honestly hope they pay better attention. Do better Ellianos because I really do enjoy bringing my family.

This is my favorite location! The staff here is always so friendly and the grounds are always really neat. The drinks are amazing! My favorite is the Cafe Dulce freezer with an extra shot of espresso. The ladies there are always willing to help and want the customers to feel welcome but also pleased with their quality of work!!

Nice alternative to Starbucks and DD; Ellianos roast is not French roast so it tends not to be so strong/dark/super bitter which for some reason folks around here think means good coffee. If you've ever had Nero out in the UK they remind me of that type of coffee. My only complaint is that drive through can be painfully slow and frustrating if you pick the wrong line.

I haven’t been there. Just now locating a shot of the menu. It’s great they show 3 different price points for the majority of their drinks. Too bad they don’t also include a heading at the top of each column, with the number of ounces in each container. I don’t want to go somewhere, get in the drive through to ask this question, & find that the place is over-priced. So far I’ve seen as many negative comments, as I have positive, so this additional info would definitely be helpful!! Thanks!!

Great food and coffee. Even better customer service. Best employees, they care and are so kind!!! Remember to tip them!!!! Fav coffee place EVER!!!

Love this place! I’ve never gotten hooked on a specific place’s coffee until I tried Ellianos. And now that they have a shop in front of Walmart I can look forward to grocery shopping for an excuse to swing through their drive-thru! My go-to is an iced Carmello and a ham, egg, & cheese croissant. So good! Excellent staff, service, and product!

I cannot say enough about this coffee shop. Customer service is excellent, Nikki is my favorite 😍. The Carmella iced whipped 😋is the best. I'm to excited 😆that they came to Millbrook.

I’ve been to the Millbrook location about 5 times now and have only received 2 exceptional coffee drinks. The other times the espresso in my drinks tasted incredibly burnt. One time in particular it *literally* tasted like someone had dumped an ash tray in my latte and I wish I were exaggerating. I’m not trying to give this place a bad rep, I just hope management sees this so they can sort out whatever is happening to their espresso. I’ve been a barista for 5 years so I know these things happen, but please fix it 🥺

So, I’m retracting my prior review.
They have really improved on the wait time, someone even have the good sense to send you to another window while you wait on your order. They are still the BEST coffee in town (Millbrook), Prattville seems to have some issues, but Millbrook is great!
The last 3 times I visited Prattville my coffee was barely warm and since it’s been habitual lately, I just drive over to Millbrook where coffee is always HOTs and delicious! Good job!
