My husband and I have been to the shop many times and the customer service is always great, and so are the treats! My husband worked with Stephanie for a surprise cake for my birthday this past week and it was beyond perfect. They are so talented and truly care about their customers.

So great to have a local coffee shop! The bakery is amazing and the sandwiches as well. Met my mom and sister for a Valentine girls lunch today. We enjoyed a relaxed, delicious lunch with friendly service.

I was very disappointed in the wedding cakes we ordered. While they were beautiful to look at, to taste not so much. Many people at the wedding told us later that the bride's cake was cold and dry. The sheet cake we ordered was dry and bordered on stale. I would not recommend their cakes for use at a wedding. After writing the review I went and spoke to Stephanie. No attempt was made to offer anything other than an apology. I told her at least half the cake was thrown away and that was a lot of money, about $1000, to throw in the trash. All she said was "sorry". If ordering a wedding cake, please make absolutely sure you pick a bakery up to the task. A beautiful cake is only part of the story.

Employees were not wearing masks at all and there were no signs requiring customers to wear masks. We should have just left at that, but I wanted to give the place a chance. The chai lattes my husband and I got were okay, but we also got the coffee cake muffins and they were incredibly dry. We forced ourselves to eat a few bites and then gave up.

This is a cozy little spot to find some delicious paninis. They have a variety of sandwiches to choose from. We tried the Annalise, the boss, and the Gloria. We were delighted with all three. There are some delicious looking bakery items as well, but we were not able to try those this trip. We look forward to making that our focus next visit.

Ok! I see all of these 1 star reviews for them “not having things in the case” I am at Hamleys almost every day. I stop by every day for coffee. Coming from someone who is there almost every day what they have in the case always changes. It’s nice. Sometimes I have a cupcake and other days I have a cookie. The cinnamon rolls are great and the chicken salad is amazing! The coffee is great! I personally love the food and experience. Their iced mochas taste like a chocolate milk with a shot of espresso.

This little sweet shop is so amazing. The creations are beautiful and tasty. I took a visit on a whim after running across their business page on Facebook. The service Lindsay gave was great we had a nice conversation. I’ll def be back for more. If you ever decide to pop in make sure you grab some macarons you won’t be disappointed! :-)

Ordered samples and they were amazing! We chose our groom's cake to be Earl Grey Tea flavored with cream cheese. The cake looked wonderful, but to our disappointment on the wedding day was vanilla. I sent an email to try and explain the mishap and was told the flavor is subtle and the fondant can overpower it. So I decided to send one more email with pictures of the cake to the bakery. When we ordered the samples, the earl grey tea cake was grey in color. Our cake was extremely vanilla in color and flavor. They still haven't replied. Very disappointed with our cake and the customer service.

I was fired out of the blue without a solid reason. I wasn’t even given a chance, was only 4 days into the job and hadn’t figured out where everything was or how to do all of these things I’d never done before. I was never once told I was doing anything wrong, meaning I had no way of knowing I needed to improve. I understand you don’t want make your employees upset by telling them they need to hurry up or improve, but by doing this, you are leading them to believe they aren’t doing anything wrong. And you also cannot judge a person’s entire job performance based on the first time they’ve ever done something. Everyone needs time to learn. This review isn’t aimed toward potential customers, as customer service and products are fine. I truly believe they are good people, but please improve the way you hire and treat your employees.
