The baristas are very friendly, exercise skill challenging of an Italian barista, the espresso is excellent, the espresso drinks are traditional, the pastries are delectable, the American brewed coffee are impressive, and the décor is relaxed. I have never visited a better coffee bar anywhere. A must visit in HSV/Madison area.

I am so disappointed in this place. Basically, you must be a coffee expert in order to be a customer here. They do not have a menu anywhere at the drive-thru. The guy in the window looked at me like I was an idiot and actually suggested I pay full price for half a cup of coffee when I asked for less milk in my Latte. When I asked for a suggestion of what to get instead he said "I don't know, i'm not a mind reader". Over priced and rude. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Never got to taste their coffee because I was waiting for a good 10 minute (yes I measured it) and it never moved. I only had one car in front of me. I am all for supporting small businesses but speed should be a bit better

Love Grounded! I only wish you would stay open past 6 pm. There have been so many evenings that we would have liked to stop in for a cup of coffee or have a meeting there but you weren't open. Please consider lengthening your evening hours.
