Parlor Doughnuts

Donuts are out of this world, customer service on the other hand is in line with an old fashioned truck stop. They packed the Donuts and the topping came off on the box lid. I'll called to find out if anything else could be done. Apparently I bothered here on Friday morning at 8:15. That's alright the three dozen Donuts we purchased in two days and donated to our Church ladies we will find another product.

Coffee has been bad - but now suddenly doors locked at 9am on a Saturday? There were customers inside, and an employee even walked by but no signs, no "hey, sorry, we're closed".

Should hurry up and close this place so we can get something else going.

These doughnuts will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! They are the best doughnuts on the planet!

Sooo good! The donuts are crispy on the outside and soft inside and the flavor options are so delicous! There was a line but like others have said it moved quickly! I'd like to try the drinks and other food sometime. I'm only a little sad that my 6 donuts had to be put in 3 boxes (probably ran out of larger boxes?) which was hard to carry and mind a toddler at the same time. The donuts are worth it though 😅

Took my girls to get a doughnut and coffee. The doughnuts and coffee were delicious, the place was clean and well kept, and the customer service was spot on. We will be back!

Bought some doughnuts as a surprise anniversary breakfast for the wife. We both loved the texture and how it wasn't too sweet. Will definitely be going back to try more flavors.

Great donuts, easily the best donuts in Huntsville! My only gripe is the lack of variety during the day, I've been multiple times and flavors aren't always available.

Arrived around 9 am on Sunday Sep 11. Party of 2. Ordered 1 Coconut Cream filled Doughnut, 2 coffees and 2 Spinach Pesto Breakfast Sandwich. We were planning and did sit down at the facility to eat our food. Cashier did not offer if we wanted our sandwich on ciabatta or other bread.

Service - Doughnut and coffee were served within 2-3 minutes. Sandwiches on the other hand took 25+ minutes - that is not the way it should be.

Quality - Doughnut was OK. It was a croissant filled with coconut cream and it was very chewy - tasted like was made day before. Sandwiches once received were EXTREMELY HOT in temperature, Bread was very crunchy and there were few specs of burnt cheese. Sandwiches were served as a to go order in paper bag.

I will say that experience was way below par.
