Just Love Coffee Cafe - Huntsville

I've gone to this place multiple times. The only two times my coffee order was right, was when I ordered my first drink the way it's made, or when I had to tell them my drink was wrong three times. The only modification I asked for after the first drink is no foam. I've ordered the same drink at least 5 times. Giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times. When I call them last week about the orders being wrong they said to let them know next time I go in and they'll make it right. I went in again, and they made the coffee right that time.
The last time I go in, I tell the manager I got foam again. I was waiting for my drink to cool down a little before drinking it. While I was waiting on a to go order, I open my cup before drinking it and see that once again I got foam. I asked if they can top it off with regular coffee and he said "yeah, give me a sec". They were pretty busy and I understood that they were already working on a couple drinks, so I waited. He comes back and puts more steamed milk in it and says "are we good now?" I wasn't going to make a big deal in the store after already addressing multiple wrong orders over time. Just won't be going back again. The rewards system doesn't work half the time either. A business that makes coffee sets the day for most coffee drinkers. I can't trust to get a cup of coffee to go and it be right without looking. I don't take a drink of my coffee until I get to work. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would rather have coffee instead of more milk.

First time here. The waffle was amazing. Iced coffee was good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vibe of this place is calm which makes it a great coffee shop to sit and relax in or even a great place to have a business meeting.

The coffee is excellent, food offerings vast and delish and ambiance even better. Adorable cubby area with games and books for moms with smaller children and cozy outside seating area. Didn’t realize one could improve on perfection...somehow they did!
My only suggestion would be to please consider adding a few small outside tables and soft serve ice cream is always a good ideal. Just saying.

I really want to love this place, but the best I can do is like it. Their coffee is delicious, but I do have concerns about the food safety. The first time I ordered book there, all I got was an unlabeled, prepackaged muffin. I asked the barista, who asked the kitchen, what was in the muffin, and no one could tell me. I ran with it and found that it had nuts in it, which was fine in my case but potentially dangerous for customers with nut allergies. Today, I ordered a breakfast burrito online without cheddar or sour cream, and I found it had both when I got home. I probably won't attempt any more custom ordering here and stick with what I know is dairy-free, but still, it's a bummer to not feel confident that dietary restrictions and allergens are being taken seriously here.

That said, they'll still see me for their Cha Cha Latte as long as they promise to keep using oat milk in it. ;) The staff is great, too, always friendly and attentive even when they're busy as heck!

Original 2020: I had already been buying coffee from just love, so am excited that their shop is now open in Huntsville! I have only had the chance to try a coffee so far, but plan on returning for the food as the menu looks awesome! I will update the review once I have tried the food!

Great little place. Food was delicious but portions were small so perfect for a small brunch or need something to get you by for a few hours.

This place has great coffee and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly. I asked a few questions and they were able to help! I'd go again! Lots of parking and seating.

I placed an order for curbside pickup at Just Love Coffee Cafe on Father's Day. My dad loves coffee and hasn't been getting out much to protect himself from Covid, so I thought I'd bring him a little extra treat. The online ordering process was really easy, and I'm very grateful that they still offer curbside, as I also prefer to avoid going inside when I can in this climate.

My order was ready right on time. A friendly employee brought it out to me after I called to let them know I'd arrived. She was very sweet and polite (and wearing a mask!).

I ordered a medium coffee with hazelnut syrup, a small coco loco frappe for me, and a half order of the waffled cinnamon rolls. Everything traveled well on the drive back to my parents' house.

The coco loco was yummy, though I'd probably try a less coffee-centric flavor the next time I go -- I like the flavor of coffee, but not the drink itself. Frappes are a good option for me on that front; the mint chip one looks like a likely candidate next time. My dad remarked that his coffee was "really, really good" and we both enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Perfect amount of icing, sweet and airy waffle. My only complaint is that I think the serving sizes to price ratio is a little bit off.

I've looked through the windows at the cafe before. It seems like an inviting, comfortable place, and I look forward to visiting for lunch or an early dinner when I feel more comfortable dining in.

LOOOOOVED this place. I ordered the Caramel Frappe with whipped cream & my fiancé got the Iced tiramisu coffee, SO GOOD! We also ordered food which OMG, YUM! Everything we got was waffled which is so much fun! The Bacon Tator with bacon pieces & cheese with a side of sour cream, the 4 piece cinnamon roll plate & the Nutella stuffed waffles with strawberries & powdered sugar on top! The baristas were super cute & seemed to enjoy their job which is always nice to see. It was such a great atmosphere, we will definitely be going back when we visit Huntsville again! ❤️

This would be a five star review but for the filthy dining room. Prices are fine, coffee was good, and service was friendly. Four employees not very busy on a Sunday afternoon - lots of talking, not much working. Floors, dirty tables, unbussed tables, rest rooms all need a lot of work
