Great Harvest Bread Co Huntsville AL

Stopped in today at lunch for a couple sandwiches to go. The place is nice, and they have a decent selection of pastries and breads. But I would not recommend the sandwiches. We ordered two: the ham & cheese on sourdough, and the vegan veggie on sourdough. When we got home, we were sorely disappointed. The veggie was missing the peppers, spinach, and only had one small wedge of avocado. The ham and cheese was missing the cheese! The tomato was white and flavorless, much like the rest of the sandwich. The sourdough had no tang, but perhaps this was because it was so dry and stale. A customer was picking up sourdough and it looked warm and moist. This must have been day old at best. Sorely disappointed, indeed. You cannot expect to survive if the few niche things you specialize are not good.

We ordered this for a large party lunch. Everything was amazing! Everyone kept commenting “did you try the Baja Turkey? Or the Goddess Turkey? Oh that chicken salad was great” by the end of the lunch I think we all had tried the whole selection!They all were amazing! The cookies are huge and worth it! The pumpkin chocolate chip bread is AMAZING!! Will definitely dine again!!

I was so excited to hear that a Great Harvest was coming to town, as I love their food. However, this location has gone downhill since they opened. This store is managed terribly - they can never get our order right, they’re constantly out of things (drinks, chips, meat for sandwiches). Every time I have been, the employees seem clueless and don’t move with a purpose. I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. We keep going back for the food, but the management is so bad that I can’t see this place lasting much longer.

Delicious sweet treats and yummy fresh baked breads. The jalapeño cheddar bread is my favorite, SO good!!! They also make the best sandwiches, one of the MUST tries is the spicy apple bacon grilled cheese, YUM!!

Great harvest is one my absolute favorite bakeries! Each of there locations has something different...this one has a super fun spicy apple and bacon grilled cheese. The bread is always fresh and delicious with no fillers or preservatives! Try the garlic cheddar bread. They even make amazing cappuccinos!!!

I have come here a few times and ordered sandwiches, every time has been great. You can tell they care about the quality. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good sandwich

As a recent transplant to Huntsville, I was so excited to see Great Harvest Bread here! This company is rooted in family and Christian values. Their bread is all-natural, made with wholesome goodness and comes in a wide variety of yummy types. Their sandwiches are to-die for too. It's a fun environment, and once you try it, I guarantee you'll be in love. Everywhere I go, across the US, I get their bread whenever I can. It's that good. And Sangeetha, the owner of the Huntsville shop, is as nice as can be. This is a must-stop place!

Not only was the food delicious but the staff was WONDERFUL!! Julian was top notch and was super helpful in helping me decide between all the yummy choices for Sandwiches and treats! The ladies were the sweetest and gave me samples of their favorites. It was my first time coming here and I’ll certainly be back!!

It's like a bakery that forgot it's a deli too. Service was poorly trained, my table was completely unstable but they didn't seem concerned about it and they had to make special efforts just for a cup of water to have with my sandwich. Sandwich was sloppy, bread cut very unevenly. The best thing about it was the Savannah Bar. Fresh made with mixed fresh fruit.
Nothing special here.
