It's hard to believe that Caveat has only been open for less than a month - it was packed on a Sunday afternoon.
They serve beans roasted by La Colombe, the interior has a decent amount of seats, and they have a drive through window on the side.
Outside, they have built a sweet patio area with seating on a deck and a lawn area.

I was so excited to try a new coffee shop but unfortunately this time I was disappointed. There's no parking an I had to walk a good distance to get here. It was packed full so I was disappointed go find out I walked all that way to grab my coffee and go because there was no where to sit on a Friday morning at 10am. They only have three syrup flavors; chocolate, vanilla and simple syrup. They don't have almond milk and substituted for macadamia milk which I was fine with. However, I ordered an iced macchiato with chocolate and macadamia milk and got a $7 cup that equates to 10 sip of hot espresso. When it's 96° and I'm walking several blocks back to my car the iced coffee I ordered would have been a much better option. I took one sip of my coffee to see the quality of the coffee and it was a tad bitter. I set it in my cup holder and walked two more blocks to my regular coffee shop.

Used to be really good best coffee less expensive than o'henry's but recently for two days I've been there the coffee is losing its flavor now it's starting to to taste like Starbucks too much sugar and not enough coffee. Please get the delicious flavor back

Such high quality coffee!! The oat milk latte is my fave. My only complaint is that the drive thru takes a super long time so don’t go if you’re in a hurry but otherwise fab

Seems to be a good place to study, but it isn't a cozy cafe.

They serve La Colombe coffee (fantastic) and have lots of small table seating and a big comfy couch, plus extra quiet space downtstairs with a few tables, and some outdoor seating on the back porch when it's warm out. Low key and great vibe, and nice baristas.

If you want some horrible coffee please stop here. It seemed busy the day I stopped in but I have never dumped a cup out so fast. The locals will keep this one open. Everyone else run to another place. Again my own opinion not everyone's.

Great place for meetings or seclusion to get work done and great coffee! Highly recommend!

A stink bug the size of a half dollar swooped down from the bannisters of the ceiling on 11.22.19 onto my left shoulder as i was consuming a latte, innocently in the light of day. The coffee is fine, but if i could recommend a bug service to you all as this was a scary event.

A great, elevated coffee shop with a small but great list of wine and beer. They use La Columbe roasters, which I thoroughly enjoy. Additionally, the staff is kind and informative. I'll be back.
