Was at closing time but they let us come in and sit down to eat food was great staff was very friendly good atmosphere recommend trying it out

Very friendly and helpful staff, cute small town diner feel. Food was good too

Pulled up to drive through - person who came to window was eating. We asked for two Italian subs which was told they were not on the menu anymore. After that they ran their hand up their face and nose.

Nope - not a good thing to do in food service. Absolutely not sanitary. We promptly decided to not deal with that place.

Visit was midday on Friday 14th.

Walked in for breakfast and was not even greeted. I waited a long time to be attended (10 mins) and there was no one in front of me in line. The workers appeared miserable and like they would rather not be working there. The look on their face said it all.
I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and was waiting for them. I was given 2 and then proceeded to eat, still expecting the last one. Nothing happened so I went up to the counter and the forgot to make my other one. I was billed for it, but somehow only was given 2, so I had to wait for my final sandwich to be made. I would go to a coffee shop that is more put together and professional. I recommend some serious intervention from the manager. If someone is seriously unhappy to be working there, they should just be fired. A worker's attitude is everything for a business, and it is what new and returning customers look for.

Croissant with chicken salad was wonderful 👍. The salted caramel frappe was a little too sweet for me but still tasted really good.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. The bagels were SO good and fresh. We had a couple of muffins too and they were also very good. The french toast bagel sandwich was very tasty. However, the coffee is way overpriced, think Starbucks, and it was barely warm. I don't think we'll return.

Stopped by for the first time this morning. Bagel and coffee was amazing. The girls behind the counter were very nice.
I will be returning got more great food and service.

I have been coming to Southern Shores coffee on a regular basis. The coffee is great and I have recently discovered that they have THE BEST sausage biscuits in Gulf Shores/Foley in my personal opinion I am a freelance graphic designer and find that it is also a great place to get my work done. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend Southern Shores Coffee!

Such a friendly and coffee educational place. Whenever friends come to visit we always go here.
