Krispy Kreme

Sadly, these were the worst Krispy Kreme doughnuts I've ever had. Customer service was lacking too. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe I just went at a bad time??

I ask for plain glazed donuts and I got home with chocolate filled donuts. The donuts were very bad tasting no one in my family likes them, wish they had told us they were filled. Had to trow all of them away.

even though the closing time are clearly posted I pulled up to the window to see why nobody was responding to the speaker and it was no where near the time posted on the signs. I was continually ignored by every member of the staff that was inside. I know they heard us outside because we honked the horn and knocked on the window.. Even if I was told that I couldn't place an order I wouldn't have felt like I didn't matter!!!

Donuts and good competitive flavorful coffee, can't get the full coffee menu is online (ex, no skin milk, no sugar free flavors, etc), but we still get lattes, ice or hot Americano, cappuccinos, etc a la carte. Good clean place with friendly staff to chill out and enjoy coffee.

Great staff, heavenly donuts. Entered and knew for sure that I was in the great country America, blessed by the Krispy kreme employees upon entering. I ate so many donuts I'm alittle nauseous but it was well worth it. Didn't like the cookies n kreme latte and the staff gave us a different drink for free, it was a great experience

Rudest people ever. Went through drive up and was told they didn't accept coupons. I always use coupons manager told me to call corporate. I pulled into parking lot, ordered on line, used coupon then drove back through. They were very rude again and basically threw donuts to me. BUT I USED MY COUPON!! Also called corporate

Great customer service! I made a mistake and they corrected it even though they did not have to. And as always, the donuts were absolutely delicious!

Very rude young girl going in to work. We arrived two whole minutes prior to opening time and she met us on the sidewalk before we even got a foot out of the car and yelled, "We're not open yet"! This place needs some classes on courtesy! I would give them a zero if it was an option.

Who doesn't love KK 🍩!!! Service was fast and they were hot and delicious. This makes my inner fat kid super happy. Anytime we drive to Foley I make a point to stop in. I just wish we had a KK in the northern part of the county. Come to Spanish Fort or Loxley. We need donuts up here.

They have gone down hill since they opened. The doughnuts always have a weird burned flavor
