Turbo Coffee

Hands down best coffee and acai bowls in the shoals, BUT most of these new really young girls you have working are not good. I call in all the time and pay over the phone so I can just pick up my order instead of waiting to pay in the long line of people that don't even know what they want yet. (Dont mind waiting if i dont have to go to work!) I was told today that I couldn't pay over the phone. I simply asked why not because I order just about every week and always pay on the phone. (And have since yall opened) when I said that she rudely said "that's interesting " like I was lying or something and said "order online if you want to go ahead and pay". She ended up saying she didn't know how to enter a card in the system? One reason I don't order online is because I'm charged more than if I order inside or call in. Also I have done that a few times before and put what time I was going to pick up and my bowl was watery. It takes me 30 minutes to get there, so I put my pickup time 45 minutes out so I don't get a watery bowl. This is the second time lately that I have gotten a watery bowl. Today I got there and they hadn't finished it yet, so not sure why it was watery...barely even frozen and not nearly as full as usual. I feel that they need more training on the system, making the bowls, and customer service.

Love turbo! Convenient location with great coffee selection. Their açaí bowls are great! I just wish they stayed open later— they are in a college town after all!

Awesome local coffee shop! I’ve been going here for years and always been pleased with it. The staff is friendly and the pastries are good as well.

Has a very tasty coffee - the cinnamon toast latte! I'd like to go back and try more of their concoctions. The atmosphere is cool and the staff was very nice!

This was a one time visit. Another adult got the fancy cold mocha which must be popular because another guy had ordered the same thing minutes earlier. My latte was very good. A few people inside at the seating area to the side of the counter. No frills. We were getting our drinks to go. Did not find any drinks for the kids that they were interested in but our coffee beverages were fine.

The coffee must be amazing. The smoothies and acai bowl were watery with absolutely zero texture. Disappointed, but with a little training this can be an amazing spot for a healthy breakfast.

It’s okay overall, but 5 stars because it’s definitely the best coffee in the Shoals.

I came here due to staying at the Gun Running Hotel and the egg muffin sandwich so good. They were very accommodating with my food allergies. The food taste wonderful. If you want good clean tasting food , I highly recommend you coming here. I wish I had a place like this in Florida.

My favorite place to get coffee! They have the best cinnamon rolls, which are very popular. You need to try the Green Eye! It’s delicious. I come here whenever I’m downtown, everyone is so friendly!
