Just discovered them the other day, and oh my goodness gracious, I'm a customer for life!!!!!! Their coffee selection is fantastic, and you can get your coffee hot, iced, or frozen. They have a bunch of delicious sugar free coffee options as well (for all my fellow diabetics out there 😊). And their donuts!!!! They are HUGE! And absolutely divine!!!! We had a maple bacon donut the first time, and I about legit died and went to heaven. Then on our next visit we got a box of 8 (to share with the kids), with basically one of each in it. The oreo and lava ones, I don't even have words to describe how good they were. At first, the donuts seem pricey at $1.75 each or a box of 8 for $14, but when you see the size, you'll see that it is a fair and great price. I've always been a Dunkin Donuts fan, but not anymore. This place beats DD hands down. And they open at 5 a.m M-F, so you can get morning coffee on the way to work. Check them out and support a local business as well! (Edited to add: the box of donuts shown, was not the one with one of each in it. It has vanilla sprinkle, smores, and fudge mountain)
I go through here several times per month, over the past two years, as I live in the vicinity. I love the coffee, donuts, convenient location, and supporting small businesses. However, the past two visits the same girl, with green hair, got my order wrong after repeating which donuts and coffee that I was ordering. Today was the third and final visit for me. I ordered 8 donuts and a SMALL coffee, the total ended up being $30.25. I clarified as I was in disbelief, she erroneously charged for a 20 ounce coffee and let me know that the price of the donuts went up. I pulled around, still in disbelief, to then have her ask which donuts I wanted and found out that the price she charged was actually for ONLY 6 DONUTS and A SMALL COFFEE. She then gave me the receipt and I saw that I was charged $3.80 per specialty donut, and $2.00 for non specialty donut. I canceled the donut order and just got the coffee, and she had to call her boss, adding an additional 10 minutes to the process, to refund the money to my card. My mother was on speaker phone and heard this as well. She, too, was in disbelief over the prices. This was not the girls fault, it is the owners. I understand inflation, however, this is ludicrous. I paid for the coffee, drive to Krispy Kreme, and got a DOZEN donuts (that included 6 specialty) for $17. Unfortunately, this was the last visit that I will make to bean bro.
I loved this place when it first opened because it was so great and so convenient. But it’s just really gone downhill. I don’t mind paying a lot for coffee but at least don’t let me see you putting international delight flavored creamer in my cup and calling it a latte and charging me $6 for it. This morning was the last time I’ll go because the two coffees I ordered were so overfilled that when I picked them up they spilled through the lid and the cup all over me and into my car while I was on the way to an event. The cups were so wet and wilting there was nothing to do but throw them out. Really disappointed.
I’m not a review person but it’s just gotten so bad. I wish they would fix it because I really did love it.
I got a caramel macchiato this morning and it was subpar. I'm not sure if it was the caramel flavoring, but it didn't have a good taste. The donuts are very good though! Also, they gave my dog a pup cup which he thoroughly enjoyed.
I’ve really given The Bean Bro a try. I’ve been about dozen times and have only found one drink that tastes great. All other times the drinks aren’t made properly and are very plain. I will say that their donuts are really good though.
Favorite coffee place ever. I love this place so much. I hope it never shuts down or moves. Sometimes go here 3 times a day. Brannon stand location is best!!!!
I love this place and been to another location as well. The donuts are fresh and delicious and the customer service is very inviting and welcoming. Love it so much
The girls there are super sweet and friendly. They even helped my child figure out what drink she might like (not coffee). They also have extremely good donuts and a very unique selection! They are also helpful at trying to help figure out what coffee you might like as well. It is very delicious and we will definitely be back soon!!
