Food is okay for the price, but I sat and watched the whole staff minus one person serving us sit and chat by the salad bar the entire time. We're the only ones here and our food took 20 minutes to come out and still came out wrong. Server was the best part of the whole experience she was very good

Alacarte menu pricing during weekday lunches an excellent idea! Eat a little, eat a lot, it's up to you. Prices great, food excellent, service perfect! Country style food.

Thursday's BLUE PLATE lunch- We both choose the fried chicken. The squash casserole was EXCELLENT, home-made. The cabbage was FRESH and seasoned to PERFECTION. The okra (fried) tasted as if it was FRESHLY picked this morning from a local garden. The cornbread muffin was definitely made by an experienced SOUTHERNER. GENEROUS PORTIONS. Highly recommend.

2nd time to eat here, menus change with the day of the week and is ala carte. Food is home cooking style and reasonably priced. The day we ate, the meat choices were fried chicken, pork chops & chicken wings. When the food was brought out I was told they were out of white meat chicken and were giving me wings instead. If I had been told in advance I would have changed my order as I don't care for wings. The 1st time I've ever had that happen in a restaurant.

The food is always good, but today my husband's and my food was cold while our daughter's was hot. Almost like they cooked it one plate at a time and didn't have a warmer to put the plates under.

Great food. Very nice and clean building. The waiter did a great job also.

5 star food. 5 star service. 5 star prices. Not a single thing to point out that could be improved upon. Clean friendly and definitely worth the drive from pretty much anywhere.

An excellent buffet and an excellent menu often with unique items of the day. You can pick up meals for your entire family for dinner in the afternoon just by calling in your order. Along with a relaxed atmosphere and outstanding customer service this has become a go to place for many people in the area. Well done indeed!

Food is great. I get the buffet special or one of the burgers except for Wednesdays when I always get wings. Only complaint is I wish the fries were salty or at least more seasoned.
