Best iced chai I have ever had. What else do you need, right? Great renovations and friendly staff. Went at lunch time on a weekday and slowly got busy by the time I left, around 5. Plenty of seating.

Great little coffee shop. Good energy, good pastries, good coffee. Ran a local political campaign and Toni was always very helpful in hosting events with us.

A house that has been converted into a coffee shop. Very nice place to sit and relax while you enjoy your coffee. The coffee tastes great, and the staff is friendly. I’d recommend Rosshouse to anyone.

The coffee and the chai are both outstanding. The batistas are super sweet and helpful. The place is adorable inside and out.

Gave me whole milk instead of almond milk, which I paid extra for!! My stomach, kidneys, and liver are in the Auburn Arena’s septic tank.

Awesome place cool area, waited 35 minutes for coffee and had a pretty bad piece of avocado toast…..didn’t even finish it.

While I have only visited once for a delicious Mocha Frappe, my kidos are regulars and its a great spot to get a little studying in, meet a client for coffee, or just hang out with your friends.

A great place to go and study or just relax and enjoy a nice variety of coffee drinks! The owner is super friendly and frequently shops where I work.

Good coffee, it felt like they were short staffed so have patience
