Best, fresh donuts in Albertville...hands down!!! So 😋 yummy! Must try eats in town.

My sons and I were waiting at the bakery counter today while no employee was out front. We assumed they were busy and waited patiently. After a few minutes a young girl quickly came out of the back and asked the lady behind us if she had been helped and they immediately began talking and getting her order. Not even a look at us or did I have time to say that we were there first. We were standing in front of the register and bakery case to the right of it. We left. You made us feel unimportant.

ADDED: We were there just after school yesterday Friday August 19 probably around 3:15-3:30pm

We have been customers of Albertville Home Bakery since I was a baby. All of our birthday and special occasion cakes come from here. They also have awesome donuts, pastries, cupcakes, cookies and coffee.

We love this place but make sure there cake person isn’t off or no cake from them I tried ordering a cake
2 1/2 weeks out and they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it! We may be looking for a new cake place for our family!

Great Donuts, Awsome Customer Service and for those of us that Know exactly what and how a Cannoli should taste like, well lets just say that you ALL need to have one or two of their Cannoli. Enough said.

My son & daughter went in here while their Papa was at a neighboring Latino Tienda. They came out with a coconut lime cream pie, creme horns ,and some candy as well as cinnamon rolls. The pie was out of this world good. The creme horns were pretty good,but the outside was a little tougher than I like. The candy was good too. I didn't eat a cinnamon roll,but everyone else loved them. There were lots of people going there and lots of people picking up cakes they had ordered. They also sell coffee. Seems to be a highly popular place!

The coffee is good. Cake squares are very good. Had a little bad luck with chocolate cup cakes but they were very nice and replaced them. Let me say I love their chocolate cupcakes. To be real honest I love all they have.

Cakes are always beautiful! The owners and staff are accommodating and friendly! Someone brought some sausage balls covered in donut glaze to work yesterday and they were divine! I will never eat an unglazed sausage ball again!

First time here, so excited I can get sugar free cookies and coffee here, will definitely go back, the sugar free chocolate chip cookies are great, so is the mocha coffee I had!! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would, Thank you for the awesome service here as well!

The cake we picked up today was lopsided and not even centered on the board. The frosting looks melted and there are cracks. The flowers are pretty though. It just looks very messy. The last one was messy too but before that they had always been excellent. Not sure what's going on but someone needs to have a bit more pride. Maybe I should just find a new bakery as I live about 40 minutes away.
We just cut the cake and it was not white as ordered. It is yellow and not good flavor. I wish it would allow me to post the photos.
