Really great spot. Great coffee on a quick stopover. Cute family that runs it. Definitely will go back!

Great coffee and super friendly staff! The cafe is super cute too! I am passing through while heading to Grand Teton and so happy I took an extra few mins off the beaten path to this cute shop!

Excellent single origin beans, with several options for pour overs and French presses. Super friendly people behind the counter.

I LOVE this place! Great coffee. The waffles are the best. Everyone that works there are also the most amazing people

We were stuck in Rawlins the night before Thanksgiving due to road closures. The next day we went to both coffee shops in Rawlins and both seemed closed. When we pulled up to Mukwano, one of the staff opened up the door and offered to make us coffee even though they weren’t open. The kindness and coffee fueled the next four hours of our trip. And to top it off, the coffee is excellent. Sincere service and home brewed coffee!

Great little spot right off I-80. They have a varied menu, take the time to make their beverages, and even have fresh leige waffles if you're looking for a treat.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great coffee and delicious yogurt parfait! My husband had a waffle that he was absolutely stunned by. This place far exceeded any expectations of coffee we were going to have right of 80. We had totally resigned ourselves to the idea of gas station coffee, but when we found this charming hole-in-the wall we felt so lucky! This coffee was as good as our favorite spots at home. The staff was great, and the decor was super cute! Definitely make a stop, whether you're on the road or local!

This was an unexpected gem - I made a U-turn to go back and try them out. I'm really glad I did! They roast their own coffee. I had their Rwanda natural process light roast pour over. I wasn't at all disappointed. They grind the beans finer for pour overs than I'm used to, so plan to wait an extra few minutes. I think it's worth the wait, and tuning the grind where they do certainly didn't take away my enjoyment.
The service was outstanding. Eva filled the time by telling me more about the roast and the shop. She also showed me their cupping setup. I left with a 12 oz coffee and a 12 oz bag of beans.
The only thing I missed was small treats - a cookie or biscotti, piece of banana bread, a muffin maybe? I was surprised they weren't available.
I only pass this way twice a year but I am sure Mukwano will be a regular stop for me.

We had a great time chatting with the awesome chick working in there (Kim?) She made a fantastic peppermint latte and hot chocolate! We will be back!

Wife and I are addicted to their Crack Coffee, inventive flavors and donuts! We are asking everyone to not visit here so we can have it all to ourselves! Seriously this place is better than any other shops we have ever visited! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly employees, comfortable seating and very reasonable prices! If you don't like this place it is probably because you have died inside...
