This place is phenomenal. Best breakfast in the Rockies. If you have live in your heart for corned beef and hash you MUST try their signature dish. The epitome of the hole in the wall restaurant that is 100 times better than any chain restaurant could ever be. I may not ever be in Laramie, WY again, but if I am, I GUARANTEE I will be eating at Js Prairie Rose.

PS... my waitress was super helpful, and took care of my table like a pro despite the place being packed to the gills. I wish I could remember her name, but I know shes a mom of 2 and her grandfather was a Little Rock PD. (Told you I'd give a shout out!)

Breakfast was amazing, hot and fast to deliver food. Would definitely go back when going through town. Friendly staff as well.

Great food and great service. Even though it was really busy we did not have any delay getting our food and the quality was fantastic. The prices were also very reasonable. No complaints at all will definitely be back.

We stopped in Laramie for a late breakfast..and my husband found it on the internet.It was Very Good..Lots of people there..had to wait a bit for our food but it was worth the wait!! Megan served us and she was very nice!!
