Quiznos

Normally I enjoy this place but today a woman wearing red was very off putting, rude in nature, made me feel rushed and unwelcomed. The other staff also seemed to be on edge or walking on egg shells. I think some retraining on customer service interactions would benefit to this person and drive better sales! Good luck 🤞 hope your day is better. #atleastyouhaveajob

Just found out that any sandwich could be made into a salad. Had the Black Angus Beef. Because of medical reasons, I need to go Low Carb. What a great salad. Will be back again. Highly recommend!

Not happy.. they didn't even ask if I wanted my sandwich burt... $32 wasted won't be back

Love the broccoli cheese soup and the Baja chicken sandwich!!!! Haven't had a better broccoli cheese soup anywhere.

I ate at Quiznos for lunch today, had a bread bowl. Best bread bowl I have had. They were very fast, moved the line quickly. It was clean and friendly, highly recommended.

I haven't been here in a couple of years and decided to go today. I was floored by their customer service. Every business in Gillette could take lessons from an employee named Sam. She is the epitome of what great customer service is and should be. She could give classes in it. Thank you Sam, you were awesome.

The two ladies working at night are great. They honestly care about what the customer wants. They have a great attitude which means my sandwich taste better. I can't wait to come back and recommend this if you want a good happy sandwich..

I usually love this place. I don't normally eat at a Subway, because I like Quiznos so much better. I wish I could give a 5 star, but I felt my experience today came into play. I ordered online. I show up 10 minutes early, so I just wait in my car. I see no movement inside at all, so I have to check to see if they're even open. Someone pulls up and goes and stands in line for a good 5 minutes. It's time for me to pickup my order. I go in to grab it when the lady finally comes out of the back room to help the couple that's been standing there for 5 minutes. She mumbles something about how she'll make my sandwich after theres'. All good. I don't mind waiting half an hour for a sandwich IF IT'S MADE RIGHT. I had a classic Italian. Pretty sure that comes with cheese on it, but I didn't get any.Then she shoves my sandwich half way through the toaster, runs to the other side and pulls it out with a pair of tongs, so I have maybe 2 seconds of toasting. I get home and my sandwich has so much sauce on it that it's basically soggy without a solid toasting to it. Rather upset by all of this.

My foods always fresh and good

The food is delicious, good quality ingredients! Katy is very friendly and knowledgeable and the store is very clean! I miss having Quiznos in Oregon so this was a great experience, while getting my sandwich fix!
