Absolutely phenomenal! What a Great place. If you like collector cars, nostalgia, antiques and collectables this is a great place. Everything is displayed so well and with a wonderful up close and personal way to look at things.
There is more than just cars. The whole place is set up with different rooms and you get to really look at items better than most museum style places.
We spent several hours and we could have spent more. Wonderful place!

Absolutely amazing small museum! Not just for car people although there are some really amazing cars there they have probably 100,000 artifacts of some of the best of the very best. Gas pumps and globes signs tools a whole main Street with a barber shop and bicycle repairs etc etc one of a kind in the world highly recommend!!

This museum is a " blast to the past!" Collections of old cars and trucks, memorabilia to days of a more family oriented time and interesting facts of time gone by brought back many memories. Music from the 50s and sixties had me singing along. Old toys and antique bicycles dotted the museum along with an exhibit of medications of that time period. There was a gift shop and soda fountain where you could purchase a cold drink. The museum is a must see when visiting the area.

We loved visiting the Frontier Auto Museum!! It is such an interesting collection of memorabilia and other stuff from the past. The owners have done an awesome job at the restoring and upkeep of the antique cars, trucks, and other items on display. Will highly recommend anyone living in or passing through Gillette to stop by for a couple of hours and visit this hidden gem!!

Have you ever visited an old car collection that was just a bunch of cars lined up? Well, if your a "car guy" that would be OK but seeing the cars in settings adds so much more to the experience. Enter the Frontier Relics & Auto Museum.
Didn't see many "frontier relics" but that may be up to interpretation. What I did see is a lot of cool cars, backgrounds, and neon and who doesn't love post modern neon?
Was on my way to visit Devils Tower and could have taken a shorter route but went to Gillette just to take in the Frontier Relics & Auto Museum and was very glad I did.

At first you might feel hesitant to enter. You pay either $10 or $12 to enter the museum from beyond the store where you first walk in. I'll be honest in saying I was hesitant to try it out, considering that two people would cost about $20. To go back in time down memory lane to see the antiquities was amazing. It wasn't, "Oh wow look a old car...", It was a moment you don't want to miss out!

**Most must see museum in Wyoming. The array of antique autos is super impressive.. Every second of the walkthrough was visually stimulating. Antique autos with popping colors all over. I didn’t even grow up in the 50s but felt a huge wave of nostalgia with how each room is set up. You feel like you are experiencing it exactly as it was. It’s crazy. Also, there’s a store attached with vintage records / books / trinkets that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Don’t forget your ice cream with a shot of espresso on the way out.
