Good place for a strong coffee. Breakfast was all good quality ingredients made well.

Surprisingly good sandwich (we got the kickin' club) and drinks. Weirdly slow service. They were kind but just not super efficient. The cinnamon rolls were extremely dry. They said they were day-old so I didn't get expect a lot but I wouldn't have paid even the $1.25 each for them if I knew what they tasted like.We didn't finish them.

I love this place, and I stop by almost every time I'm in Evanston. Having become a repeat customer, I'm always treated like a friend, and Pete is an absolute joy to talk to when he's working. I've never had bad food here, and their variety of coffee and tea speak for themselves. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better Breve elsewhere. With free WiFi and loads of space, FPS offers the traveler respite and the community a reliable hangout.

I enjoyed my time here. We wandered around town just trying to find a place open for lunch. I'm very glad we found this place. The building was pretty interesting, the food hit the spot, and Pete was very kind. My BLT was perfect. The tomato was thick and ripe.

Great breakfast with very fluffy pancakes! The guy was very nice to talk to. I don’t drink coffee but my husband says his cappuccino was very good!

This place is so good! Breakfast was delicious and the owner is very friendly and funny! Also best coffee in the area!
