Friendly staff and quick to it. Decent food and coffee as well. I had an omelet, hashbrowns and some rye toast. It was a nice experience.
They open early for those of you that are early risers or are just driving through and need to stop for a few. Slow down a little and just enjoy a meal. They sell really cool coffee cup and hoodie with there Cowboy Café logo on them.

A quaint place to eat in quaint town on the way to Grand Tetons. Had the bison sausage and the elk sausage. Both were very tasty. Sides were okay.

Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. The most best burger I ever ate in my entire life. My big fat Greek burger. Loved every bite. Thank you

After reading the reviews I was really disappointed. Had a cheeseburger and fries which were not homemade but rather sure they were frozen and out of a bag. Husband had the sausage with cowboy potatoes and mixed vegetables, again all out of a can or frozen. Only good thing was the bun. Service was poor, never offered refills after our glass was empty even after the waiter kept walking by us numerous times.

Always a fun and inviting atmosphere, food is great, especially the pies if you are lucky to get there while there is a selection to choose from.

If you are in Dubois, you should eat here. The one waitress working was awesome. Never stressed and took care of business like a boss.

Very busy, but food came fairly quickly. Their pie is excellent. I ordered Fish N Chips. They were decent. I saw one of the waitresses carrying a breakfast omelet that looked amazing! Maybe next time.

Nice quiet diner that serves homemade potato chips alongside its meals.

The Cowboy Cafe a classic restaurant on the main drag through Dubois. I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast here on a road trip through the Heartland. I would 100 percent recommend the Cowboy Cafe to anyone looking for a delicious meal!

Delicious! Wanted the bison burger before I left the state but ended up getting a mushroom cheeseburger. Was so yummy! The staff were brusque but competent and timely in a busy place so I really appreciate them! Too bad I live miles and hours away!
