Incredible food! Ate 6 meals there while staying in Dubois. Never waited more than 20 mins for a table and never more than 10 mins for food. Everything was always fresh, hot, and so so so good.
The staff was so sweet and helpful.

Had dinner 2x and breakfast the other 4x. Didn't get the same meal each day. We were able to eat one dinner in The Rusty Pine Bar next door as a take out meal option.

Came here for breakfast on Father's day while passing through town. It's open seating, and you might have a short wait (especially for large parties), but service is fast. Breakfast selection is awesome, very affordable (compared to Denver), and portions are large. We love breakfast and we'd be regulars if we lived here. See the menu.

Burgers, fries, salads, and pies! Solid lunch stop in a cute ranching town. We chose to opt out of the pies, but I can assure you no one else was. 😉 Happy to find they also have a local beer selection from Snake River!

Deserves it's reputation as the #1 restaurant in Dubois, entertaining staff, with a wide menu and great selection of beers. The buffalo burger and crunchy tater tots were on point!

We loved cowboy cafe. Had breakfast here with great scrambles and omlettes. You can add elk and bison sausauge to them. Service was friendly. Free wifi was great!

Not a bad little place to visit in Dubois if you are passing through. The food is decent and prices seemed reasonable. The service was friendly enough. I think best thing on their menu is the homemade pie. I will visit this place again sometime in the near future.

Amazing place. We ate there twice. The pies are INCREDIBLE!!! The German chocolate pie is from another world.

Excellent food and excellent service. Large portions! My brother and I were coming back east from the Tetons, and the food really hit the spot.

We remember the old Cowboy Cafe from 30 years ago. The pie is just as amazing as always. But I have not been impressed with the food since they switched to the new supplier.
