Cowboy Cafe

Found this gem after hours of nothing. Beautiful place with a warm welcome. We got sat right away with a full pitcher of water. Stacy was quick and recommended the supreme biscuits and gravy with spicy elk sausage which was love at first bite. We also had the house cured corned beef hash. I couldn't stop myself! The bowl of green chili was amazing too! (get it with onions). Thank you Cowboy Cafe staff we are thankful for you!

We come here for the PIE 🥧 all the food is great. If you spent the day in the mountains or at The Military Vehicle Museum, then you have worked up an appetite and this is the best spot in town to go ! Mmm now I’m hungry again.

Cowboy cafe did not disappoint! Excellent service and food. The buffalo patty on the smoky burger was delicious!! Do yourself a favor and stop by. Our server, Tawni, was very friendly and attentive. If we are back in the area we will come back!

The elk and bison sausage were very good and huckleberry ribs were excellent. Friendly staff. This is not fine dining but a good local joint I enjoyed by not being too persnickety about the canned corn and grocery store rolls.

Amazing food! The biscuits are delicious (try them with the gravy!!). Pancakes are great! Hash browns are crispy. Service is friendly and quick!!

Very nice, had dinner and lunch here on our visit. Very extensive menu, both meals were excellent with more than plenty to get one's fill.

Food was very good, service was good but slow at times. EXCELLENT pies on the dessert menu.

A small restaurant with a huge menu. If you are passing thru this is the place you want to eat at. Just the pie menu is amazing. Great prices and staff that will warm your heart.
