One of our favorite places to get ice cream and the gift shop is very unique to a very nice place to go relax by the covered bridge or the little church. While you enjoy your ice cream.

We live 30 miles away and will not be returning. Today we stopped to purchase a gift for a dear friend. The price tag on the item was not what we were charged. We were told the "book charge" was more and the owner refused to honor the price tag on the item. (We realized this after the sale was made.) It was a small amount of $11.00. It was not the cost of the item but rather the very poor customer service. The owner did absolutely nothing to make it right. No effort whatsoever. Bad business. Left a bad taste in our mouths. I do not recommend this place strictly due to the owners behavior and the sketchy price tags. Beware!! Instead, visit New 2 You downtown Waupaca or Cottage Garden Farm on Hwy 54.

Been going here for almost 40 years. Love the new ice cream and coffee shop. New owners are great and there young son was working in the ice cream shop and he was super nice and helpful. Very careing and insightful for a youngster. Said they are working on getting the water wheel working again.

This is a very unique place to stop for Ice Cream or a quick bite to eat. The winding river out back is beautiful and a very short trail provides a place a place to walk while enjoying your ice cream.
The place is filled with crafty goods for sale, along with various specialty soaps, sauces, etc.
Their coffee is provided by Copper Rock out of Appleton. They have a good selection of Chocolate Shoppe brand ice cream flavors. It's a cool place.

Great place just had ice cream and Walk around back to see the river behind. Ice cream was great. Also has alot of history there is another part that has a shop and shows the history of the mill. Large walking trail in the back that you can watch the kayakers. I believe you could kayak and park at the Mill.

Beautiful place to visit, we had a mini engagement photo session by family there and was perfect! I highly recommend it. Beautiful for very small ceremonies too as there is a little chapel. Covered bridge was just an added extra perk. Can't wait to go back!

I have been going to the red mill for years, it's a beautiful, peaceful way to spend time walking outside through the paths.
Very cool covered bridge you can walk through and a cute little chapel
It's hard to explain the feeling you get walking around .
And can't forget about all the wonderful stuff they have inside. A lot handmade beautiful decorations, candels. So much to look at, and a very nice cafe to cozy up and get something warm to drink ,or cold, whatever is your favorite. And you can even have your wedding there.
Go see for yourself, I can't see anyone be disappointed.

Red Mill is a place anyone in the area should stop at. It has unique handcrafted gifts. It has a small candy store that has candy that is either classic or not often found. The ice cream is delicious. There is also a quaint hiking trail in back. I can't say enough about this place.

This was a really cute spot for ice cream after our hike. This place is so beautiful would be a great spot for a wedding. Great variety of ice cream and conveniently located. Would highly recommend a stop here for ice cream and a bite to eat!

The Red Mill is a visual pleasure and a great place to get a very good quality cup of coffee. I stop often and find the owners to be friendly and warm. There is also a great lunch offering. There are many unique gifts offered for sale. When you step into the Red Mill you step back in time. A wonderful experience you will want to repeat.
