Don't let the strip mall exterior detract you. The inside is a cozy place with a little bit of modern country house vibe to it. I ordered a medium mocha, no whip and whole milk plus a sourdough breakfast sandwich with bacon and american cheese. I usually order a quad americano but will get a mocha if I am trying a new place since the sweetness can slightly redeem a poor bean, grind, machine or barista. After ordering and paying with Apple Pay I was happy to see they use Colectivo beans so I knew at least the bean would be good and fresh. The barista seemed very knowledgeable as she was helping out a newbie espresso drinker at the time I was ordering (she may have been one of the female owners actually). My food and drink was brought to me with a smiling face which is something that usually doesn't happen in the big Madison cafes. The drink was well made and the breakfast sandwich was surprisingly large. They hit all the bases on the sandwich as far as the eggs and bacon were cooked well and the cheese was melted all the way through. If I had to criticize them on one thing I would say the level of salt was on the high side. It might have been from the bacon though. BTW, there is wifi you just have to log in using security credentials found on the table tops (or ask). All in all, a good place and I will be back.

Best sandwich in Waunakee!! Try the breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread. I order mine with bacon and cheddar and today added tomato, spinach and onions. Amazing sandwich any time of day for only $5.50. Delicious and value-packed!

Adorable spot for lunch. As my Dad put it Panera style, smaller selection and better quality. Cute mismatch furniture. Packed for the lunch hour!

Great coffee and Food, but they start closing down 30 minutes before their actual closing, so no hot food for final 30 minutes. This is a daily practice. Good to know before heading there!

A perfect little coffee shop with excellent sandwiches. Love the comfy decor and homey touches. An area for littles to play in and moms to talk. I will be a definite repeat customer.

This is coming from someone who used to be obsessed with Starbucks. Not anymore, MNM's has quality coffee, drinks, and food! The egg sandwich with sausage, veggies, eggs over easy, and wheat toast is my favorite. Strawberry, banana smoothie or an iced caramel macchiato will be sure to start your day out right!

Car Clubs - beware!
Our Shelby group decided to start a morning cruise off with coffee and breakfast here. Cars and Coffee. Good conversation outside of M-N-M while we waited for the remaining guys to show up. Waited 20 minutes. 6 guys in total. During that time, Owners of the store called local police on us???What???!!! Maybe we didn’t patronize them fast enough. In all my years I have never had a place of business be so short sighted. Do they not know that we all talk?
Do yourselves a favor, avoid this place! Oh, by the way, Waunakee police took time to write down our license plate numbers - since, obviously, classic cars are known to be trouble makers. Avoid this coffee house...and while you are at it, avoid Waunakee.

Nice atmosphere, great food and service. Had a choice to go anywhere and my 10 year old chose to go here!!
