A rare find for Nowadays...a local independent book store. Great place to get a quick bite or a latte. Don't miss the chocolate chip cookies! Always friendly staff. Super Kid friendly.

My favorite place in Spring Green besides American Players Theatre! An excellent selection of books, great coffee (full espresso selections with alternative milks, etc.), and good cafe food with some options geared towards GF or vegetarian people in a very comfortable atmosphere.

Very nice, well kept bookstore. Not only can you browse an expansive book collection, they also have a full service barista with an assortment of drink options. The also serve light lunch and food items. Great place to visit and hang out.

Great coffee (and we had delicious pre-packaged sandwiches from the cooler). Such an impressive selection of books. We bought 4 books and I could have bought 10 more! Wish there was an Arcadia Books on my Illinois hometown! Fabulous local business!

I go to Spring Green once per month for a meeting & always stop here first for a great big cup of their dark French roast along with cup of always homemade soup. If I have enough time will browse the unique book selection. If you live in Madison like me, make it part of a relaxing day trip to a beautiful part of Wis.

This bookstore was my favorite stop on a road trip with my husband. It was recommended to us by a friend and its reputation travelled all the way back to Minneapolis. The entire store was warm, welcoming and excellently currated. I particularly loved their selection of children's books and bought a couple books to initiate our first child's library. The staff were greatly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. It is the kind of place that reminds you of what makes bookstores so special: not just the books, but the community that deeply respects and loves what books mean for our human connection. I left feeling incredibly grateful a place like this still exists for me to walk into.

My favorite bookshop! I am not from the area, but I always go out of my way to stop by because Arcadia has curated such an amazing selection of books-- I always find both the book I was already looking for and the book I've never heard of but now can't wait to read :)

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Wasnt sure what some of the big coffee things were and they explained them very well. Books were a nice selection also.

Super impressed with their online ordering system! I placed an order for 4 books, only 2 of which were in stock and they all arrived in THREE DAYS!! That's incredible. Literally who needs amazon, order your books here! They were super communicative via email and their website was super easy to use. Will definitely be ordering again and hope to make the drive out from Madison to shop in person soon. Thanks!
